Prairie Art mission 45
Prairie style 45" side chair solid oak in medium stain. It features a new trapezoidal design that has also been shown in the occasional tables. It has the same back tilt, seat size, and comfort level as a standard 45" chair, but with a stronger more elegant and slender visual impact. A wonderful chair for a smaller space. It is constructed with pocket joints and special square drive screws so that it can be transported flat in a box and SHIPPED USPS!!!! Only the connecting sides and the seat require reassembly. The back and front come preassembled. Each handmade piece is signed and dated by the maker W. Scott, who has been specializing since 1988 in hand crafting Prairie / Mission Style furniture and accessories. The feet are equipped with non- maring plastic glides. The cushion will be shipped with a muslin cover, ready to upholster with your fabric and a supplied camco dust cover. 1/2 yard of fabric is required for 2 chairs. Order to shipping time @ 6-8 weeks. New design 40" chairs upholstered in your fabric. These handcrafted pieces are made of solid oak with a medium stain. The design is new and the footprint is small, however it carries the same comfort elements as our standard 40' chair. It also features a 4' x 5' oak I-Beam construction for great strength. The front legs are mortise and tenoned to the front apron. The I-beam connects the front leg assembly to the back assembly with 16 special screws for easy re-assembly. The back foot is also a mortised and tenon joint for great strength. Each handmade piece is signed and dated by the maker W. Scott, who has been specializing since 1988 in hand crafting Prairie / Mission Style furniture and accessories. Minimal Re-assembly is required. The cushions are upholstered with your fabric.
