Old Shawnee Blue Bird Birds on Roof Wall Pocket
Marked USA- made by Shawnee- the "Birds on the Roof" Wall Pocket. Colors are great- condition is very good/excellent. No chips or cracks or discoloration. I see a few very light crazing lines on the base on very close inspection- appropriate to age. Collectors of Shawnee or Wall Pockets or Blue Birds, would be pleased with this item!

Nashco Toleware Tole Ware Pennsylvania Penna Turnpike Souvenir Tray Handpainted
This 11" round Toleware Tray is a nice Pa. Turnpike Collectible- it is sort of a kin to Route 66. Any Car or Automobile collector would love it. The Pa. Turnpike is the oldest in the US and it was opened in the 1940's. The Tray was decorated by Nashco- the label still attached to the back. I believe it dates to the 1950's. The condition is average- it shows wear- some scratches, surface rust and dullness in paint (it is black, not green as it looks in the photo). But in spite of it's imperfections- it really presents nicely! Fits well with any Toleware, Turnpike or Antique Auto collection.

Large Vintage Ivory Ecru Crocheted Cover or Tablecloth Table Cloth
This lovely hand made vintage Crochet Cover is amazing! It is approx. 64" X 80" and could be used as a Table Cloth or Bed Cover for a twin bed (which is 39" X 75"). The color is an off white and the yarn is cotton. It is in very good condition- I don't think it has been used- it is very crisp. No rips or tears- I noted 3 small age stains (minor)- probably from improper storage. The pattern is very dense and detailed (see 2nd photo)and the cover is heavy because there is a lot of yarn in it! Much time and labor went into this beautiful cover.
