Childs Dish by Hankscraft/Red Wing. Blue Clown Warm Water Feeding Dish. Marked Hankscraft on underside. If I remember correctly, I believe these were made by Red Wing. I don't see that often any more, but when I do, there is usually damage to the Clowns head- this one is perfect!
