Produced in 2003 by Seltzer Kaufmann of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, this 28 x 22 inch poster was part of the Southern Ford Dealership marketing program. A panorama of Ford engineering with inset picture of Henry Ford and his 1896 Quadricycle, a motorized first version of what was to follow. Featured are pictures of an 1908 Model T which put America on Wheels and was manufactured from 1904 until 1927, a 1932 Ford Coupe with its new V-8 engine, a 1948 F-1 Pickup which Took America to Work, a classic 1957 Thunderbird, and a 1964 Mustang. The 1965 Lotus, driven by Jim Clark, was the first Ford to win the Indianapolis 500 race and the 1986 Taurus was a sales phenomena for Ford, selling almost a quarter of a million autos the year it was introduced. The Ford Explorer and the F-150 Pickup, a collaboration between Ford and Harley Davidson, complete the 100 years theme. The poster is in very good condition with no rips or tears but there is a 3 inch crease that extends from the top to just above the hood of the Thunderbird photo, along with some minor scuffing along the bottom left side. For car enthusiasts, this is a terrific pictorial of some of the best in America's automotive history. Due to the size, this poster will be rolled when shipped to keep shipping cost to a minimum.

The steel letter opener handle is stamped Greenlee and Rockford, Ill. The blade is stamped: 1962 Our 100th Year. The total length measures about 8 inches. Minor rust, scratches, and nicks. Vintage Original 1938 Pillsbury Flour Cake Food Advertising magazine Print Ad. Sheet measures 10 1/2 x 13 1/2 . Condition is very good.

Vintage 1937 Oliver Row Crop 70 Tractor Ad. Reverse has print and a small ad for Gillette Blades. Measures 8 x 11.5 . Condition is very good. Would look great framed and hung on the wall or use in craft projects.

This Shell, WWII advertisement depicts how the Troop Carrier Command spearheads attacks on enemy forces. Using C-47 transport planes, twenty four especially trained volunteers fly into a Drop Zone. The element of surprise, along with their .30 caliber carbine weapon, helps them to set the stage for a beachhead. Penetrate, Isolate and Obliterate are the three words that paratroopers have foremost in their mind when on mission behind enemy lines. This advertisement was the eleventh in a series that profiled Army and Navy combat tactics. There is some age related browning on the margin edges, and a small fold line on the bottom left corner. Over-all, this vintage print ad is in very good vintage condition. The buyer will also receive a copy of Life magazine's Contents page for Sept. 4, 1944 in which this classic ad appeared.

Constructed of strong, but lightweight materials, the mile a minute Elco PT boats are featured in this WWII color print advertisement. The 14 x 10 1/2 inch ad describes how these light naval units have destroyed hundreds of Japanese troop-carrying barges, and left many others isolated and helpless. This ad has some browning/discoloration along the edging, but otherwise, is in fine condition. If you enjoy historic, vintage print advertising, this one may work for you. Would make terrific frameable art!

This North American Aviation Art Ad measures 14 x 10 1/4 inches and features two soldiers loading up the 50 caliber machine gun ammunition onto the P-51 Mustang bomber, with the caption This Peace Talk Makes Sense. The description relates how the Japanese & Nazis understand this kind of talk, along with the 75 millimeter cannon of a Mitchell bomber. The lower portion of the ad has a P-51 Mustang Bomber with some of its assets such as its bullet proof armor, self-sealing gas tanks, a 1520 H.P. Supercharged Engine, 1000 lb bombs under each wing, and six of those 50 caliber machine guns, three in each wing. The logo for the plane: A Fighter From The Ground Up. Along with the fine vintage advertisement, we will include a copy of the Sept. 4, 1944 Life magazine, Content's Page, in which the ad appeared. With only some light browning, this ad would make a terrific piece of frameable art.

Roundhouse HO Scale Miller Brothers 101 Ranch Business Car. Has 101 Ranch Real Wild West car number 36. The car has not been assembled and all parts appear to be in the box with the instructions. It comes with the original box and packaging. The box shows a little age wear.

Profiling Major Carl Payne of Ohio, who earned that title at age 22, this 14 x 10 1/2 inch recruitment print ad showcases artwork depicting a fighter bomber in the air with the gunners, known as Deadeye Dicks fighting off the enemy interceptors. Pilots, navigators, bombardiers, gunners were all needed on the AAF team to achieve a victory. The finest in training, along with a career in the Air Force can be yours if you qualify, states the recruitment print. Fly and Fight With The Greatest Team In The World. Featured in a 1944 issue of Life Magazine, the advertisement will be sent with a copy of the Content's page showing the date printed. The AAF advertising is in very good vintage condition with just some age browning appropriate for its nearly 70 years of age.

This is a wonderful 10 1/2 x 14 inch U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps Promotion/Recruitment advertisement, published in Life Magazine in 1944. The center has a picture of a Cadet with the words, I signed up the very week I graduated. Eight black and white inset photographs created and prepared by the Eastman Kodak Company show how the U.S. Public Health Service is promoting the recruitment of 65,000 new Cadet Nurses. Tuition, room and board and uniforms are all free, and there is the addition of a small monthly allowance. Schooling has been accelerated - from the original 3 year training course to either a two year or thirty month educational program. There is an intact mailing coupon to receive a free booklet that explains more about the Cadet Nurse and a list of 1000 accredited schools to which a young woman could apply. There is some browning/discoloration associated with its almost 70 years of age, and a few flea bites where one edge was joined to the magazine.

This 14 x 10 1/4 inch colorful Dole advertisement features the Hawaiian island of Lanai, along with inset photos that detail the history of the pineapple. Columbus was the first to discover wild pineapple growing on the island of Guadaloupe in 1493. The first record of pineapple grown in Hawaii was in 1813, and the early fruit was far different from the sweet-tasting juicy variety found advertised in this 1944 magazine print. According to the Dole ad, miles of seagreen fields produce millions of pineapples each year. Generous quantities are being sent to our Armed Forces all over the world, and today, your Ration Stamps entitle you to your share of Hawaiian Pineapple products at your grocery store. There is age related browning associated with its vintage age, and a few flea bites on the margin edge. This is still a terrific, frameable WWII advertisement!

An advertising pie tin embossed with, Bakers Square, in the center. Pie tin has been used, some very minor scratches, however, nothing that will affect the outcome of the pie, and still makes a nice display piece. The pie tin measures 9 in. dia. and the shipping weight is 1 lb.

Vintage Indian Hindu Deity Rama Shiva Sita or Rama Etched Tin Tray We have had this in our collection for as long as we can remember. It is one of the tole style tin trays that has cutwork around the outside with a hobnail type edge. Inside it is etch carved after being painted. There are embossed stars on the inside of the cutwork. The faces, eyes and body parts are hand painted of some type. It has very intricate detailing. We are not exactly sure whom the people are, but she has the jewel at her forehead with a veil, however she has an Egyptian type genie costume. (WE ARE PRETTY POSITIVE THAT WESTERN WOMEN DO NOT SHOW THEIR BELLIES). He has a detailed cap with an earring. She is holding a container of some type in her hand. It is 13 inches in diameter. Nude Cherub Milk Glass Decanter ANSEHL This is a cute vintage ANSEHL St Louis Missouri decanter that feautres two nude children on the bottom in a gold colored plastic type that has a milk glass thumbprint pattern on the top. Here are THREE 1950 Homer Laughlan Tom and Jerry cups and that were sometimes called old Fiesta. Each of the cups are in a butter cream color and has a gold band along the edge. Each cup has a large finger hole just right for large hands and very straight sides. The handles have a gold line which is wide at the top and narrowing as it goes down the handle. The words Tom & Jerry are written in gold calligraphy on each cup. The cups stand 3 inches tall and have a 3 inch opening. NO chips, cracks or crazing. They are unmarked. The loose one we have is a lighter color with crazing and just thrown in as we do not have another and is extra. 130413B

This marvelous 10 1/2 x 13 inch original art advertisement, created for General Electric by Weimer Pursell in 1943, depicts The Tree of Light first planted by Thomas Edison in 1879. Thirty four different kinds of bulbs are shown flourishing on this tree, with the roots labeled with names of various scientific fields that benefited from Edison's invention - Metallurgy, Glass Technology, Physics, Automatic Machinery, for example. A Key or Legend, co-ordinates the number of the bulb or lamp found in the tree with its use. Uses such as Airway Beacon, Sealed Beam Headlight, Miner's Cap Lamp, Surgical Instruments and many more are listed. The tag line of the G.E. ad also states that The best Investment in the world is in this country's future - Buy War Bonds. We will include a copy of Life magazine's Contents page for Dec. 13, 1943 in which this vintage advertisement appeared.

This terrific 10 1/2 x 14 inch black and white advertisement from the Sperry Corp. of New York features wartime art from the noted illustrator, Anton Otto Fischer. Among the products Sperry created is the Gyro compass, relied on by U.S. ships to take them safely from port to port. Using radio and depth finder to determine location was not an option because of the danger of listening enemy submarines. The equipment needed to seek out mine fields caused directional errors in the use of the magnetic compass. The Sperry Corp's Directional Gyro-Compass fit the bill without giving away the battleship's location. Newly developed technology from multiple U.S. companies helped our service men to final victory. This vintage ad, with only age related browning, is a classic example of that war effort and unity.

Vintage Motor City Trailblazers Detroit Jacket Motown Group Motor City Trailblazer was a motown group. with the last known appearance at the Motown Allstar Reunion in Wildwood NJ, August 17, 2002 where they sang with the Marvelettes and D. Benjamen Brown and Barry Singers of the Temptations. This jacket belonged to the group member who was aka White Cloud. This jacket is in good conditon, theres no rips, or stains of any kind. Fabulous Set of 9 Culver Valencia Old Fashion glasses. Culver, located in England, became world famous for their glassware. This Valencia pattern with the embossed gold and raised green diamonds was not produced after 1962 but this set look like it was produced yesterday with hardly any wear. There are no chips, no cracks, near MINT condition. The Valencia pattern is true Hollywood Regency at its finest with its beautiful Moroccan design ornately done in a heavy 22K gold foil. These glasses normally sell for $85.00 each-only 1/3 of their value.

This is an interesting glass. It's frosted with an Oriental maybe Chinese) man cooking over a fire. It stands 5 tall. It is hand painted.

This large 4 footed feet bowl is breath takingly beautiful. It's carnival glass, amber in color, and gives a pearlized affect. It stands on 4 legs and has a raised fruit motif around the bottom of apples, grapes, bananas, and leaves. It's 12 1/4 by 8 1/2 and almost 5 high. It is very heavy and more than 1/4 thick. Some people call this color purple Amethyst or Marigold. It depends on the lighting. It's also known as a Cornucopia.

This book was written in 1957 and is marked Library of Congress Catalog Card Number 57-9848. It has 18 chapters. This is the perfect book for our young readers.

Priscilla spent 3 years writing this book. It's a true story was written and copyrighted by Graceland Enterprises, Inc. in 1985. Just inside it quotes: Don't criticize what you don't understand, son, you never walked in that man's shoes . Elvis Aaron Presley. This book was dedicated to Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis' daughter. The story starts in 1977 and walks you through the 14 years Priscilla and Elvis were together.

This small biography is when he, Joseph Smith, helped establish The Church Of Latter-Day Saints. It's not dated but looks to be early 1900's to 1920's.
