This is a beautiful antique Victorian or Edwardian button. The button is not signed. It has dark green champleve enameling with a pink rose in the center. There are cut steel rivets in two rows along the outside. The button has cut out filigree and is a shank button. It measures 1-1/4 inches in diameter. The button is in very good condition with no missing enameling. The cut steel rivets do not appear to have any oxidation on them. There is something on the back that looks almost like dried glue or caramel. It is dark brown and might chip off or be easily cleaned off. I have not tried to do anything to it.
