Artist signed drawing. This looks like a drawing with water colors. Signed L. J. Ulrey? 8-85. It is really nicely done. The glass is not non-glare so the photos did not come out great, and the glass could use a cleaning. This frame is 15.75 wide x 13 long. The original back paper is intact which is why I did not take it out to clean the glass. Great for an office or for the person who loves sailing! 4/13smc
