Instead, the book offers recipes for lower amounts of eggs needed. There are 55 recipes for baked goods and other items using fewer eggs than the traditional recipes. There are recipes such as Waffles, Doughnuts, and corn meal griddle cakes (very good), that you will want to try.
The new quick method comes from the Northwestern Yeast Company in the form of Foam Yeast. Though I don't believe this type of yeast is still available, the recipes in the brochure could be easily converted to the available types of yeast.
