The book was written in 1991 but is germaine to today's cakes. The pictures are lovely. There are 88 pages of ideas for table decorations for the cake table - for holidays and weddings. The book is in clean condition, but someone ripped out the inside cover page.

    This 408 page hardbound cookbook doesn't subscribe to eating foods with little or no taste! What it does do is put together some fabulous recipes with natural, healthy foods. The Lemon Sesame Dressing is a summer favorite at my house and the Zucchini Dollar Cakes are a real treat and a great way to use up that abundance. But there are more than just light foods, the Fish Chowder was a great way to use up less than stellar kinds of fish.
