This hardcover book isn't so much as a cookbook but a handbook on presenting your cakes. If you are a baker of any sort, this would be very helpful. The book was written in 1991 but is germaine to today's cakes. The pictures are lovely. There are 88 pages of ideas for table decorations for the cake table - for holidays and weddings. The book is in clean condition, but someone ripped out the inside cover page.
