This hardcover book isn't so much as a cookbook but a handbook on presenting your cakes. If you are a baker of any sort, this would be very helpful. The book was written in 1991 but is germaine to today's cakes. The pictures are lovely. There are 88 pages of ideas for table decorations for the cake table - for holidays and weddings. The book is in clean condition, but someone ripped out the inside cover page.
My most favorite cookbooks are those put out by the producers of the food. This 13 page cookbook tells exactly how to cook and season a steak. It covers the different kinds of steaks and the cooking differences.

But there are more than just light foods, the Fish Chowder was a great way to use up less than stellar kinds of fish.
