This wonderful cookbook from HP Books is one of the best for Italian Cooking. it has 160 pages of very traditional Italian meals. There aren't any pictures but the recipes are fairly easy to make with not too many exotic ingredients.
Salads are so healthy and I just keep on serving the same kind. This book would pep up any menu. There are 80 pages of all kinds of salads in full color. Some have meats or fish and some are molded. There are sweet and savory dishes.
I love this softcover cookbook for the variety of fondue recipes which it offers. The book has 92 pages of fairly simple but very tasty recipes for appetizers, main courses, sauces and desserts in the fondue pot.

If you like to bake than you can't wrong with any of the softcover cookbooklets put out by Betty Crocker and Gold Medal Flour. This one focuses on Holiday Cookies, Breads and Pies but you will also find chocolate covered pretzels and a blackberry Cheese tart that looks lovely and tastes even better. The booklet has 91 pages and is in full color.
This soft cover cookbook was written in 2001 by the Veteran's of Foreign Wars. It is a wonderful collection of traditional Holiday foods from all over the country. There are 47 pages of recipes with such delights as Apple Pudding Cake with Cinnamon Butter Sauce and Goulash and Pork Roast with Cherry Almond Glaze. My favorite is the Apple Cobbler Deluxe.
This is another version of the soft cover book circa 1953 from Sego Milk. The recipes are stupendous and easy and very classic. There are 15 pages with recipes such as Quick Caramel Rolls, Baked Custard with Fruit and Creamy Perfection salad.

This wonderful hardbound cookbook comes from Southern Living Progressive Farmer. It dates to 1972 but is in near mint condition inside (the outside dust jacket shows some wear.) But it is what is inside the book that is so outstanding. These 150 pages have recipes such as a Texas Praline Log and Sugarless Carrot Cookies that are treats and healthy too. The recipes are easy and there are lots of pictures.
Dream Whip 1968 Fruit Dessert Festival Cookbooklet
This wonderful little paperback cookbooklet has 35 pages of fruit desserts made with Dream Whip. You could use Cool Whip too if you can't find Dream Whip. My favorite is Strawberry Meringue Torte, but you might be more inclined to try the Fluffly Lime Tarts or Banana Freeze.
This small paperback cookbook came with the model 40 Pressure Cooker from Presto, circa 1947. It is in used condition with staining but is still put together fairly well. If you still have Mom's old pressure cooker, than this book is a treasure with its 129 pages of recipes and tips for use.
