They aren't quantity recipes per se, but can easily be expanded for larger numbers. My very favorite is the Hot Potato Salad which is always a hit here.

Vintage booklet Josephine Gibson's Tested Recipes and Planned Menus prepared for Arbogast & Bastian Co, (A & B Meats) of Allentown, Pa. This 36 page cookbook made for the meat processing plant contains a cooking time table and recipes for pork, bacon, sausage, beef, veal, lamb and cold cuts. This is a wonderful piece of Allentown local history from A & B Meats. The booklet of recipes is over 60 years old and no longer has it's cover. There is also no date on the book, but it was from our family in 40's - 50's.

It has Well Dressed Salads, New Frills in Pan Frying, Soups, Main Course Dishes, Deep Fat Frying and more. Recipes have colored pictures. The only thing missing is the cover; apparently my grandmother used this a lot and there are a few splatters in the center of booklet otherwise in fine condition.

This book hails from London but it is a perfect book for America too. Mary Berry has a lovely way about her explanations and recipes in using a microwave. The book is a hard cover with lots of color pictures. It is in new giftable condition with 128 pages.

This is a hardcover spiral cookbook from 1976 and is entitled, 100 of the World's Greatest Recipes by Craig Claiborne. It really is a great cookbook with 135 pages and some color pictures. There is also a mixed drink section with a hot spiced Apple cider that is out of this world.
