It covers the 1960-70 era genre from Hot Spiced Wine to Wine Jelly and Deviled Flank Steak. There are 53 pages of neat recipes.
This soft cover cookbooklet was putblished in 1980 and in Mitchell, Indiana. It covers the history of the Spring Mill of that town and its reconstruction into a working mill again. The recipes are outstanding, mostly old fashioned, like Molasses Wheat but they aren't difficult to make and boy are they great! There are 32 pages of breads and tea loafs.

I am always one to find interesting and unusual cookbooks. This one dates to 1950 and was put out by the Culinary Institute of Chicago. There are all types of snacks in this book ranging from different types of flavored butters (chive, olive, pimiento,and ham) to the cutest little mosaic sandwhiches made with white and dark breads. My favorite section is the pastry and bread snacks - the spice sticks were a hit at my house with their cinnamon and sugar flavor. There are some fun jello type salads like the Rhubarb Salad Ring.
