This great cookbook from The Pampered Chef contains recipes for lighter summer faire. There are some great summer time dips for vegetables, cool drinks and lighter main courses. My favorite in the book is the grilled chicken fajitas closely followed by the apple cherry tart.
There is no more luscious dessert in the whole wide world than real baked cheesecake. But this little cookbooklet promotes a few that are close. There are two cheesecake recipes in the 6 page book and several other pies and cakes. They look absolutely scrumtious!

These magazines date to the 1980s and are just packed with wonderful recipes. Some of the tasty dishes included are pancakes filled with strawberries for March. February has wonderful meringue surprises. November has some unusual takes for beef as well as Thanksgiving dishes. August has a mexican Meat Loaf that is out of this world. July has a corn grits and ham loaf. My favorite recipe is in October where there is an apricot streusel Gingerbread. You can't go wrong with these tested recipes. Each book contains about 70 pages.
