Musical brown jug pitcher with a paper Japan label. It plays a familiar tune that we can just not think of the name (old age). As the music plays, the guy holding the lamp post turns around. Believe this is made of redware and has a lovely dark brown glaze with gold trim. It is in wonderful, working condition and sold just as found.
French barware set. Estate sale item; not sure of the age on this set. Very attractive though! The wood shot glass holder was purchased separately and is a vintage item that I painted black to go with these glasses but you could repaint it another color. The glass decanter is 7 inches tall and there are 6 shot glasses; red, yellow, orange, green, blue and black/white. All are marked 'France' on the bottoms. No chips or cracks. Awesome set for your barware display or collection! 1/14rocs
Pinder Bros. hammered pewter tankard. Cool looking tankard with log like handle. The log looks like bakelite, but could be some other material. This mug is 5.25 tall x 4.25 wide at bottom. Marked: Pinder Bros. English Pewter Sheffield. and PBC in a triangle and circle symbol. Not much age/wear on it, but not brand new either. This was an estate sale purchase. I scoured the net and could not find this particular PB tankard anywhere but the company is still in business so it may be a discontinued line. The company started in business in 1877 and still going. A very neat tankard to add to your pewter or barware collection or use as table décor at the holiday! 11/13smc

Vintage wood and metal tantalus, with 3 large crystal liquor decanters that fit inside it. The decanters are all glass, no plastic or rubber on them. You also get 4 attractive Pewter decanter drink tags: Scotch, Vermouth, Port and Gin. The pewter tags are marked: V & A Royal Selangor Pewter and are quite pricey on their own. This bar set looks like a 1930-60's style item. I believe the wood on this tantalus is walnut and it has an arm that has a lever that you turn to open it to remove the decanters. The bottom of the tantalus has an old paper label: Made in Italy. The bottles are almost 9 inches tall x 3.5 wide. All the bottles are in good condition. The carrier is 14 tall x 13.5 long x 6 deep. This is an attractive retro barware accessory that you can actually use for your booze! Put it on the wetbar, in the office, dining room, bar or formal living room! Impressed with the name Havelock under the base, this 6 inch tall ceramic mug with the gold horse head print and the mermaid/female nude handle is somewhat of a mystery. We did discover a Havelock, North Carolina which also includes horse farms and racing. No information could be found on whether this is a specific horse or just representative of horses in general. It is certainly a well-made mug and with that intriguing handle as well as the horse image would make a fine display piece. There are no cracks, chips, or nicks, but there is crazing present on the outside surface.
