This is a gorgeous original English legal document, hand-written in fine script on parchment. Beautiful and intact red wax seals with signatures. King George IV Tax stamp. Principals to the lease are Richard Watts (a butcher) and Richard Davies (a miller) and Thomas Sankey (a butcher). Exact date of the document is May 2, 1836.

These documents were kept folded square, but they unfold nicely to a large size and are wonderful to have framed. Of particular interest to attorneys and realtors. Size unfolded 22 1/2" tall x 20" deep.
