After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. We will then contact you with a personal email regarding the availability of your item(s).

PAYMENT:

All prices are in US currency. We accept major credit cards, personal checks, and money orders.

There is a 10 day hold on all items purchased by check. Money order and credit card purchases will be processed for immediate shipping.

If you are paying by check please include your drivers license number for next day shipping!

Residents within our state must pay current tax rate unless you can provide a copy of your resale certificate.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

We ship UPS, FedEx and U.S. Postal Service. Buyer pays shipping, packing material & insurance costs."

We are happy to ship internationally, but please do not ask us to falsify customs documents including calling the purchase a "gift". You can save on shipping costs by bidding on and winning multiple auctions.

RETURNS:

You should be aware that you are purchasing items not from Unlimited but from an antique dealer who sells antiques through Unlimited. Unlimited is not involved in the actual transaction between you and the dealer. As a result, Unlimited has no control over the quality or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the descriptions of the items or the ability of a dealer to sell the item described. Unlimited cannot ensure that a transaction will be completed.

We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email us before placing your order.

If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

Unlimited's dealers follow this return policy, and Unlimited is authorized by dealers to accept, on their behalf, only items which are returned in accordance with this policy. Unlimited cannot guarantee that returns which are not made in accordance with this policy will be accepted by such dealers, and Unlimited can accept no responsibility if you attempt to return an item in a manner or time frame other than as specified herein.

DAMAGES:

We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If despite our efforts your order does arrive damaged please follow these instructions for the fastest response to your situation:

If your order was delivered by UPS, please contact UPS for instructions at 1-800-PICK UPS.

If delivered by the US Post Office you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.

WARRANTIES:

Unlimited is not selling any items to you, and Unlimited makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to items sold. Individual dealers of items may, in fact, make separate representations or warranties to you with respect to a particular item, but such representations and/or warranties are made solely and exclusively by such dealer and not by Unlimited and Unlimited can accept no responsibility for such representations and/or warranties.

UNLIMITED PROVIDES THIS WEBSITE AND ITS SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. UNLIMITED SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR TIE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR DEALERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR MALLS, OUR SITE, OUR SERVICES OR THE SALE TO YOU OF MERCHANDISE (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE).

OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR DEALERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE PURCHASE PRICE OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED OR (B) $100. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
