ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped 3 business days after receipt
- If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
Our preferred method of delivery is through FedEx Ground Insured for both economy and reliability on packages over 2 lbs. USPS Priority Insured will be used for packages under 3 lbs. Of course, we will gladly accomodate your personal preference. Items one pound and under will be mailed through USPS Priority Insured automatically. Priority method delivers between 2 and 4 days depending on your delivery location and zip code. |

| OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by FedEx-Ground. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. Insurance is advised, however we will ship without it at the Buyer's acceptance and release of any liability towards Aurora's Attic Treasures. |
| OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. |
OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: We make every attempt to describe, photo and note any flaws with our previously loved treasures. However, if we have neglected to do our job properly please contact us advising of our error. Upon receipt and inspection of your item, returned in it's original shipping box and with original packing materials, we guarantee refund of your purchase price along with all shipping and insurance costs within 3 days of the return. We do ask that your return be within 10 days from receipt of your purchase.
We will gladly accept the return of "Buyer's Remorse" items, however we cannot refund shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package informing us of your intentions and return item in original packaging within 10 days of receipt.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: So that your treasure will arrive safely to it's destination, we require insurance on all shipments within the United States. If you should receive your item damaged through the US Postal Service, you must take the entire package, including all contents and original packing material to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to provide you with your refund.
Carriers such as FedEx and UPS require immediate notification of delivery of a damaged package. Please contact us upon receipt of your damaged item(s) and we will guide you through the contact process with these carriers. Both will require a personal inspection of the contents, original shipping box and all packing materials. Please do not discard as FedEx nor UPS will honor your insurance claim. |
Additional Policies
Aurora's Attic Treasures performs due diligence to prevent internet credit card fraud.
We always consider reasonable offers on regular priced items. Please understand that while in negotiations, a processed purchase order will take precedence over offers in the discussion or auction bidding stage.
Please do not email for appraisal or market value of your items. Not only is it unprofessional, it is unethical for us to provide this kind of information without a physical inspection and charge for the research and written appraisal.
At this time, we are no longer considering the purchase of any item(s)from a private collection over the internet.
Please note: For security purposes our items are shipped with an applied mark. Any alterations to this mark will void our refund policies.
