All Porcelain-Dresden & Meissen

This is a lovely pair of Dresden candle holders decorated by Franziska Hirsch, c. 1901-1930. They are 8 3/4"h and 4 3/4"d at base. They have a gorgeous array of hand-painted flowers and gilt cross-hatching Excellent condition. It is rare to find a matching pair of these.

This is a wonderful Dresden cabinet vase decorated by Richard Klemm, c. 1890s. It has one handle and measures 3 1/2"h x 2"w.

The vase has a hand-painted lady in a blue gown. The vase is dark red with lavish raised gold and beaded flowers. It is a gorgeous little Art Nouveau piece in excellent condition. The bottom has the Dresden crown mark but it is hard to see and didn't come out in the photo.

This beautiful Dresden show plate was decorated by A. Lamm, c. 1900-1920. It is 7 1/2" wide.

The plate has three cartouches with hand-painted figures of men and women in period dress. It is decorated with gold hearts, beads, bows and flowers. The ground is a lovely royal blue. Excellent condition.

This is a heavy Meissen oval tray, c. 1930s and first quality. It measures 12 1/2" x 8 1/2". The tray has a cobalt and gold border and beautifully painted flowers that look real. Excellent condition.

This gorgeous Dresden vase was decorated by Donath & Co., c. 1890s. The 2-handled vase is 3 1/4"w x 4"h. There are Tiffany glazed burgundy luster borders on top and bottom with lovely raised gold flowers. The vase is gold with 4 hand-painted figures in period dress. Excellent condition.

This is a wonderful Dresden plate decorated by Richard Klemm, c. 1893-1916. It measures 8 7/8".

The plate has a lovely portrait of a Cupid with hsi quill and arrows. He is holding a torch in one hand. A garland of roses is entwinned around him. The ground is a sky and clouds. Excellent condition with minor gilt wear on rim.

This Dresden jardiniere was decorated by Carl Thieme, c. 1930s. It is 7 1/2"w x 6 1/2"h. There is a large array of hand-painted flowers on both sides with gilt decoration on the rim. Excellent condition. This item is rare and hard to find.

This is a very unusual and rare Dresden bowl. It is made of soft paste porcelain which is quite unusual for Dresden. It has a lovely soft creamy feel.

It was decorated by F. Hirsch, c. 1910-30s. It is 9 1/4"w x 2"h and reticulated on the sides. The center has a ribbed mold with bold hand-painted flowers. Excellent condition.

This is an exquisite reticulated covered Dresden pot pourri vase decorated by C. Thieme, c. 1920s and made for Wright, Tyndal & von Roden, Philadelphia. The lid, sides and foot are reticulated (all cut out individually by hand). It measures 3 3/4"w x 6"h. The finial is an applied rose bud.

The set is beautifully decorated with applied flowers, leaves, and allover forget-me-nots. This is an exceptional piece in excellent condition with the usual minor flea bites on some flowers and leaves.

This wonderful Meissen tureen dates c. 1850-1895. It is fist quality and measures 12" x 7 1/2"h.

It is decorated with hand-painted cobalt blue flowers outlined in gilt. There is an adorable Cupid on the lid holding a cornucopia of blue flowers. Excellent condition.

This lovely Dresden plate was decorated by Donath & Co., c. 1890s. It measures 9 3/4".

The plate has hand-painted flowers in the center and garlands on the border with gold flower pots. Excellent condition.

This is an unusual shaped Dresden plate decorated by Helena Wolfsohn, c. 1890s. It is quite heavy and measures 10 1/3" x 9 7/8".

It is decorated with flowers and gold scrolls. The center has a painting of three playful Cupids. Excellent condition.

This is an early Dresden plate decorated by Helena Wolfsohn, c. 1843-1880. The plate is reticulated with hand-painted flowers and gold decoration. It measures 8".

In the center of the plate is a pair of colorful hand-painted birds on a tree branch. Excellent condition with mior gilt wear. There are two tiny rubs on the tail of the bird on the right.

This is one of the loveliest Dresden tureens we've had. It has a ruffled foot, branch handles and finial. It was decorated by F. Hirsch, c. 1901-1930. It measures 11 1/2" x 7".

The flower painting on his peice is beautiful! It rvals Meissen and KPM quality. It is enchanced with lavish gold cross-hatching and scrolls. Excellent condition. See our matching piece and set of 12 plates.
