1950s Vintage Country Estate Crystal 10 inch Salad Bowl Here's a contemporary looking salad bowl with a wonderful organic texture. Bowl comes to us from Anchor Hocking, and it dates between 1940 and 1979. This pattern is called Country Estate.

The inside of the bowl is smooth and shiny. The outside is well-finished with raised, textured bands like bark or twigs. The outside texture makes the bowl look frosted and gives it a great dimensional appearance. In fact it is clear, not frosted.

There are no rough-feeling spots; it is well made and attractive. The bottom outside has small hobnails that catch the light and give it a finished look.

Bowl is 10 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches deep. It is in as-new condition with no chips, no cracks and no wear. This would make a lovely gift for you or someone special.

Set of 2 Fire King Crystal #422 5oz Crystal Custards Here is a pair (2) 5 ounce custards in Fire King crystal. These are marked Anchor Hocking Fire King #422, 5 ounce. You are purchasing a set of two custards, both the same. Only one is pictured to show you good detail.

Custards are 3 1/4 inches across at the lip and just over 2 inches tall. They have a nice scalloped rim that gives them a fancy touch. Both are in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks and with virtually no wear.  

Elegant! Basket Etch Silver Encursted 13in Torte Plate Beautiful basket etch shows flowers spilling over the sides and sprays of flowers and leaves with silver encrustation or silver oerlay. This is a very interesting piece because the blank is Double Fleur De Lis, or Pattern #607, made in 1939 by Indiana Glass! Blank has fleur de lis pattern on the top edge and near the center, and has scalloped edges. (Thanks to Gene Florence's Pattern Identification Book Volume 3 for blank identification.) The design is very like Cambridge's Portia, and may be a Duncan Miller etch.

Silver encrustation is heavy and in very good condition on the basket design. The rim has a heavy band of silver overlay. There is one place on the side of the rim where a half inch piece of silver came off when this was washed.

Plate is 13 inches in diameter and is footed. Plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

Duncan Miller Sandwich Crystal 5 inch Coaster Duncan Miller Sandwich Crystal 5 inch coaster is a useful item with a good design. There are 6 raised ribs that will keep your glass from sticking to the coaster when it is wet.

Duncan Miller Sandwich Crystal 4 inch Finger Bowl You know how messy barbequed ribs are to eat with your fingers? Here's the elegant solution: Fill these little bowls with water (preferably scented) and put along side your dinner plate. Then you can dip your fingers in the water before wiping on your napkin! That is what finger bowls were used for originally. Nowadays we are more likely to use these for a small salad or side dish. They are an excellent size for many uses, 4 1/8 inch wide x 2 1/2 inch deep.

Duncan Miller Sandwich 13 inch Service Plate Platter Duncan Miller Sandwich crystal 13 inch service plate is the right size for serving sandwiches or all types of food. This is clear glass and is 31 centimeters across. There are several styles of serving plates. This one is not perfectly flat; it slopes from the rim to the center, and it does not have a saucer type indentation. These serving pieces can be challenging to find in any pattern, and Duncan Miller's Sandwich is no exception! You'll want to add this before your upcoming spring and summer events.

Duncan Miller Sandwich 6 inch Rimmed Grapefruit Bowl Gorgeous bowl in Duncan Miller's crystal Sandwich has a wide flat rim and is 6 inches across measuring the outer diameter. This is the grapefruit bowl. It has a relatively narrow mouth, about 4 inches across, just right to hold a grapefruit in place!

Bowl is in excellent condition. This is clear glass and is 16 centimeters in diameter.  

Duncan Miller Sandwich Crystal 11 1/2 Handled Basket Imagine how this would look holding flowers or holiday greenery on your table. The glass is Duncan's gorgeous clear crystal and the lacy Sandwich design perfectly complements the size and basket shape. Baskets were viewed as a type of vase; this one has a perfect size and shape for flowers.

Basket is 11 1/2 inches tall at the top of the handle. It is 7 inches tall at the base of the handle, and the mouth is about 4 inches across. The lip of the basket flares out to 6 inches wide giving this a graceful shape.

Basket is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks and no signs of wear. This great pieces has 2 manufacturing flaws that you should know about before buying. There is a crimp mark on the handle near the top. This is a manufacturing flaw that is shaped like a groove that goes about 3/4 of the way around the handle. It is pictured in a closeup in the last photo. There is a smaller mark on the base.

Set 2 Federal Patrician Spoke Green Depression Glass Saucers Here are two green depression glass saucers in Federal Glass Patrician or Spoke pattern. This is a classy looking mold etched depression pattern with scalloped rims and simple paisley design.

You are bidding on two saucers which are unfortunately chipped. One saucer has 4 shallow nicks in the inner rim and a small nick in the top of the rim and the other has a 3/16 inch chip in the underside of the rim. They are otherwise fine with little wear and no cracks.

Federal Star Crystal 5 1/2in Rounded Lip Juice Pitcher Here is the square shaped pitcher with a rounded lip in Federal Glass 1950s pattern Star. Star has 5-pointed star impressed on the base and rays along the side. This is the smallest size pitcher and has a square shape.

Pitcher is a little over 5 1/2 inches tall. It is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. There is light wear, mainly on the bottom.  

Federal Glass Windsor 1970s Pressed Pattern Clear Sugar Base Offered for your consideration is this sugar base in Federal Glass' Windsor pattern. Windsor was a popular name for glass; Jeannette used it for a great depression glass pattern, and Federal used it in the 1950s and 60s for this strongly patterned design. Please check the photo to be sure this is the pattern you want.

Sugar base is 3 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/8 inches across. It is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks and with great clarity.  

Fire King Fire-King Fleurette Dinnerware Creamer Fire King made Fleurette just two years, from 1958 to 1960. It is one of the less common patterns but one of the prettiest. This is the creamer. Creamer is white glass, somewhat translucent, with a pretty pattern of frilly poppies and leaves.

Fire King Fire-King Fleurette Dinnerware Open Sugar Fire King made Fleurette just two years, from 1958 to 1960. It is one of the less common patterns but one of the prettiest. This is the sugar. Sugar is white glass, somewhat translucent, with a pretty pattern of frilly poppies and leaves.

Fostoria Fairfax Azure Blue Saucer Vintage Elegant Depression Glass Offered for your consideration is this saucer with cup ring from Fostoria Glass in azure blue. This is Fairfax, which Fostoria made from 1928 to 1941 and used for many etchings, decorations and cut patterns. This saucer is the plain blank, without etch or design. That allows Fostoria's great crystal to take center stage.

Saucer is just over 5 3/4 inches across. It is free of chips or cracks. Use wear is moderate overall with noticeable fine marks from use and stacking. Please note the wear does not show well in the photos. Color is a lovely soft blue.  

Fostoria Sunray Crystal Tricorn 1-Handle 5 inch Nappy Fostoria made Sunray, line 2510, from 1935 to 1944 and it has classic good looks that work well in today's simpler styles. This is the tricorner nappy, a small 3-sided bowl with a handle. You would use this for small servings, candy or just for decoration. It would be very nice to float a small gardenia to chase away those winter doldrums.

Nappy is 5 3/4 inches long from the tip to the back of the handle and about 1 7/8 inches tall. It is in very good condition with excellent glass clarity and no scratches. The sawtooth rim feels rough in spots. I examined this carefully and found mostly just raised seams but there were a few very tiny - well under 1/32 inch and shalow - nicks on the inner rim. There is also a shallow 1/16 inch nick in the side of the outside rim. None of these show up when you look at the piece but you should know before bidding.
 

Fire King Gay Fad Fruits Handpainted Design 1 1/2 Qt Casserole Base Here is the 1 1/2 quart casserole base from Fire King decorated with Gay Fad's handpainted Fruits design. This is white glass with golden pears and purple grapes plus peaches and leaves. Casserole base is marked Anchor Hocking Fire King Ovenware Made in U.S.A. 1 1/2 Qt.

Casserole base is good for baking or serving food. It is 9 1/2 inches across including the two tab handles and about 2 3/4 inches tall. Casserole base is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. There is very little wear on either the design or the interior.

Gay Fads Fruits casserole is useful and pretty, and you will surely be glad you ordered it!  

Federal Golden Glory White Gold Flowers Oval Platter Federal Glass' Golden Glory is white, slightly translucent glass with a pretty design of a spray of flowers. The design is 22 karat gold and reminds me of bamboo. This is the 12 inch oval platter. Federal made Golden Glory from 1959 to 1966 and reissued a few pieces in the late 1970s, but the platter was made only in the earlier period.

Platter is fairly heavy and this pattern was made to be used. We see Golden Glory from time to time but usually it is badly worn. This platter is in excellent condition with only light wear. There are no chips or cracks.

If you collect Golden Glory or enjoy vintage glass on your dining table you'll want this!

Fostoria Holiday 12 oz Double Old Fashioned Tumbler Here's the double old fashioned tumbler in Fostoria's elegant optic Holiday pattern. Holiday has a 6-petaled base that adds a lot of looks and has an unusual horizontal optic. This is the double old fashioned tumbler which is 3 1/2 inches tall and holds just over 12 ounces filled to the brim. The base rim is ground.

Tumbler is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. Crystal is beautifully clear and there is very little wear.  

Anchor Hocking Retro Lido Milano Crinkled Honey Gold Ball Pitcher Indulge your taste for nostalgia with this fine pitcher from the 1960s. This Milano crinkled glass pattern was made by Anchor Hocking and is also called Lido. The color is Honey Gold, a medium amber color, warm and rich, and oh so evocative of home.

Pitcher is large with an ice lip, perfect to hold drinks for a home full of people. It is about 9 inches tall. Pitcher is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. There is a second mold line like a little crease that goes down the body under the spout.
