ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped 3 business days after receipt
- If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
NOTE: SELECTING PARCEL POST WILL EXTEND THE SHIPPING DATE 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS. PRIORITY MAIL IS SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

When you buy multiple items the shipping costs may be reduced before the order's credit card is charge.
We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. Should we have to void your order it will take 2-3 business days for the hold on your credit card to be removed.

Within Pay Pal PLEASE ENSURE THE BILLING ADDRESS ENTERED MATCHES YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT EXACTLY. We are sorry but the system will reject automatically without a confirmed address confirmation.
We will ship to a different address (first address entered on order) for the gift givers under $150. Do not use this different address when paying through Pay Pal.
Note some items may be sent another method due to size, or when shipped direct from distributors.
All orders are shipped insured, a signature confirmation will be required on all orders of $250 or more, no exceptions.
We are sorry we are unable to ship to military addresses APO and FPO.

| OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-PriorityIns. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service or UPS. |
| OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. |
| OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all returns that are not received by us after ten (10) days from our approval date. |
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We require insurance on all orders shipped.
Contact us immediately should an item be damaged when it arrives.
DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE AS THIS WILL VOID THE INSURANCE.Once we are notified of the damaged package, we will submit a claim. Please retain the item and all of the packing materials. Pictures may be required for claim. We will either refund the full amount of the order or send a replacement if in stock. We pack our items carefully and have experienced only a few items damaged out of over a thousand shipped.
If the item is not received within (10) days of the shipping notice sent via e-mail, contact us to start the tracking process and to process insurance claim. For lost packages there is a 21-day waiting period before the claim can be submitted. Same refund or replacement policy on insurance claims as damaged. |
CUSTOMER CARE POLICY & OTHER
Many of the items we sell are USED and in most cases very old, that means the items are not new or perfect and may have been displayed or used for long periods of time. We will not surprise our customers with undisclosed damage or the overall condition of any item to the best of our ability. All items found will be disclosed no matter how superficial.
PLEASE NOTE: The characteristics of genuine depression-era and elegant glass which is considered normal include: shear marks, spider lines, bubbles, rough seams or edges, prominent mold lines and other partials in the glass. These items ARE NOT considered as "flaws" or "damage".
Our images are always taken from the exact item(s) being offered. We do our best to accurately capture and display the beauty of every item. Some variances between our images and the actual item occur because of the varying graphics and display resolutions used. We understand that being online our images are the deciding factor and can never replace the actual touch and sight of any items.
ARMANI FIGURINES: G. Armani DOES NOT provide a COA on Open Edition figurines, only on Limited Edition sculptures. Before we ship your order, we will want YOUR APPROVAL of this practice via Email before we ship, as you cannot return this sculpture for this reason alone. SPECIAL ORDERS FROM ITALY ARE NOT RETURNABLE, AS I AM NOT ABLE TO RETURN TO THE DISTRIBUTOR. ONCE ORDERED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
As to the pricing and listings on this website, we are human and occasionally a data entry error is found, or the incorrect photo is placed on a listing. Should an error in pricing or an incorrect photo be found we will have to cancel your order as we cannot sell the item with errors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. |
