One word comes to mind - AMAZING!
Back in December 2011 I had tried to locate a Hobby Show Program from 1937 where my Dad was mentioned twice. I looked for it all over the web, but was finally lucky enough to find it at Downhome Antiques and Collectables. So I ordered it from and was very happy.
However, it ended up being misplaced so they refunded my money right was and apologized profusely. Boy was I disappointed that I was not going to get it
Well, now to the point why I am really writing the recommendation. Around the end of January I got a call from them saying they located it and it was being shipping to me the next day and there would be no charge. Not many people today will to do that. They went out of there way to make me happy and do the right thing!
I way so excited to get it and see my Dad's name and to also be able to share it with my siblings and his grandchildren.
Thank you so much Downhome Antiques and Collectables! I highly recommend you to everyone!
