It's quite possible that she might be making a head ornament made out of flowers since there appears to be a string attached to the flower. She is under the cool shade of a large tree as she is sitting on a large log nestled by the water. Beautiful large trees in the background, as the large beautiful waterfalls over the mountain. Lots of detailing in this illustration.

Sweet Early 1900's Antique Chromolithograph Print depicting a tiny little baby sleeping in a gold victorian scrolled metal bassinet that is draped with lovely antique white lace. A group of five young angels are watching over the baby in slumber. The three angels in the back are singing sings. Print is titled at the bottom: INFANT'S DREAM.

The ORIGINAL LARGER GOLD GESSO FRAME is one of the nicest ones that we have come across. The wood is carved out at the outer border in an intricate multiple size edges or ridges. Then the gesso was applied over the wood to immulate different levels. Finished off the middle oval border has a raised pattern to appear to be long boughs of greenery and berries. SUPPER NICE!!! ALL GESSO IS INTACT!!! FABULOUS CONDITION AND IS THE ORIGINAL COLORING OF THE GOLD. NOW HAS A NICE PATINA FROM ITS AGING. WOOD FRAME HAS A NICE WEIGHT TO IT TOO. LOVELY COMPLIMENT TO THE ANGELIC PRINT.

Framed-ADELAIDE HIEBEL PRINT-Lady,German Shepherd Lovely early 1900's Lithograph Print by the renowned popular ARTIST: ADELAIDE HIEBEL. (1886-Unknown). She painted right alongside her friend, ZULA KENYON, at GERLACH-BARKLOW COMPANY and sucessfully painted calendar prints for the next thirty-five years. Between 1922 and 1954, the Gerlach-Barklow Company copyrighted over 250 pictures attributed to Hiebel.

This illustration is of a lovely lady dressed in a chiffon pink dress, holding a bouquet of pink lilacs that she just picked, is standing alongside her trustly friend, her German Shepherd Dog. In lower right hand corner is marked: COPYRIGHT 1909, BY J.W. SLOAN, NEW YORK. The print is in near excellent condition. Just a faint water mark in upper left hand corner area. It is against the darker background so is not very prominent.

Is housed in a VERY LARGER WIDE WOOD FRAME THAT EVEN SHOWS ITS WONDERFUL WORM-HOLES IN THE FRAME. Has a great rustic appearance in this wood that is stained a nice cherry finish.

Overall, with the frame it measures a LARGER 19-1/2 inches wide by 15-1/2 inches high. The back print measurement is 14-1/8 inches wide by 10-1/4 inches high, 4-1/4 inches wide in the corners the facing width of the frame. We have cleaned up the glass and replacement the older cardboard backer. Has its old wiring and hooks, ready for you to hang up on your wall.
