Edwardian Woman Holding Bouquet Pink Roses Oval Frame Lovely framed antique art illustration of an Edwardian Woman holding a large bouquet of long stemmed pink roses in her arms. She is elegantly dressed in a long gown of soft mint green in color with gold beadwork around her v-neck collar and down the front of her dress. Her dark wavy hair is short for the period.

The lithograph print is beautiful and very vibrant in coloring. Nice soft type colors that it almost appears to be a pastel. The back of this thicker stock paper print has printed advertisement for the Baltimore Life Insurance Company and shows the calendar months for the entire year.

Is housed in its large oval size antique wood frame that has a gesso layer applied smoothly in a soft chocolate or cocoa brown in color. As shown, it does have some tiny bites, wear in brown color of the frame. Not too bad. Still displays nicely. Overall frame measures 12-1/4 inches wide by 14-1/8 inches high. A back print measurement of 9-3/4 inches wide by 11-1/2 inches high. Maintains its ORIGINAL old glass intact.

We cleaned up the glass and replaced the old brown kraft paper. Is ready for you to hang up on your walls to enjoy.

Devorss-Stunning Art Deco Flapper Gal,Green Dress-Antq Frame Striking illustration of a lovely Art Deco PIN-UP Flapper Girl that was so popular in the early 1900s. Of course the artist that made these ladies so popular was BILLY DEVORSS.
Gorgeous alluring lady dressed in a lovely body shaping green gown with matching waisted tie sash. Her hair is a short wavy bob. She has blue eyes and is wearing a pair of long dangling chandelier earrings. The background is a complementary color of black to bring out the absolute beauty of this classic vintage PIN-UP lithograph print.

SIGNED in the lower right hand corner: DEVORSS. Print is TITLED: " COME ON - LET'S GO". Vibrant hues as shown in our photos, (sorry for any flash/washout created from my camera.) Vintage lithograph print is in EXCELLENT~ PRISTENE CONDITION. You would be hard-pressed to fine one any better. Is wonderfully VIVID, VIBRANT UNFADED COLORING. On a nice quality paper stock. The back of the print has slight age toning. It was hard to photograph this print with the frame to get the correct color hues to show you. Please view the pictures of the print itself, that will show the true color of this print.

Framed in a simply attractive antique gold gesso wood frame. The gesso is very ornate in design and shows raised embellishments. The only major gesso loss is on the right hand side in the middle. (Shown in our photo.) Frame does show the expected wear in a piece of this age. Stunning piece. Creates a lovely back drop to this fabulous lady. Overall framed in its original old glass (glass shows some scratches, not on print). Measures 11-3/4 inches wide, 13-1/2 inches high, by a 2 inch width of frame. We are excited to present to you this beauty we found in our local antique store. You collectors like to collect those mostly made in a black and silver silhouette type art. THIS IS RED and a VERY DESIRABLE COLLECTIBLE ITEM!

Depicts a beautiful black haired beauty. A senorita, a dancer, or an art deco gal in dance. Her hair is upswept, is holding a large open paper fan. Her dress is a low back, no shoulders gown. Beautiful hues of reds, like a rich strawberry red. Dress is accented in flowers of yellows, blues, purples, and greys. The background is in black.

In its original old silver carved wood frame and of course original old glass. Overall frame measures 11-3/4 inches wide by 14-3/4 inches high. Orginal back cardboard backer.

1908 Antique Ornate Gesso Frm-Stunning Girl in Violet Bouquet Beautiful CHARMING ORIGINAL CHROMOLITHOGRAPH PRINT. Lovely illustration of a young Victorian woman in face portrait view. She is surrounded by a large bouquet of purple violets.

This image is Copyright 1908 By The Forbes Litho. Mfg Co. F-136C. At the bottom of the lithograph image is a motto inscription:

The Violet holds this charm apart,
It leads the way to a maiden's heart.

Such VIBRANT colors, as shown in our photos. She is a stunning example of the popular portrayl of beautiful Edwardian women illustrated by artist. Not certain whom the artist is, possibly is C. Wardle Traver. She makes a pretty focal point with her wavy blonde hair, among the background hues of various purples, light and dark violet flowers.

Framed in it's Original Antique Beautifully Ornate Gold Gesso Wood Frame with its ORIGINAL OLD GLASS. Is wavy heavier glass with lots of pops in glass. We did replace the back, it had an old wood backer, so took it off and replaced with newer cardboard backing and kraft paper. Old wiring on back, ready to hang up on your wall.

Frame has the normal age wear. It has some very very minor gesso missing. But in the upper left hand corner, as photographed, approx. 1-1/2 inches of gesso missing on very edge of frame. You cannot see once on wall but at the top side and along bottom side of frame, has some wood area missing. Frame is still very solid and souund.

The frame measures 13 5/8 inches wide by 11-5/8 inches high, 1 inch wide border, 3/4 inch thick. Back picture print measurement of 12 inches wide by 10 inches high.

This wonderful Unfaded Print is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. No stains, No tears. Some age toning on front. Age toning on back. Three slight creases off the right edge.

Lovely Victorian Lady of High Society-Magazine Cover Artwork Lovely Victorian woman, her short hair done in curls. Is wearing a pink, purple, and white outfit. Low cut purple ruffled gown, a shawl around her neck area, wearing a wide brimmed hat. She has finished her look with lovely pink peonies in her hair and in her hat. Artist did a wonderful job in expressing her lovely features, so soft and demure.

Great VIVID coloring as shown. GOOD CONDITION. Was glued in an old scrapbook, so has a few creases from gluing. At bottom, a piece of surface print missing.

Measures 8-1/2 inches wide by 12 inches high. Nice size will be striking once framed.

Big Game-Charles Dana Gibson-Illustrated Antique print We have obtained some wonderful antique prints that were ART SUPPLEMENTS to various publishing firms that were specially run.

FABULOUS ARTWORK BY THE FAMOUS ILLUSTRATOR: CHARLES DANA GIBSON. Condition VARIES and is pretty good for their age. They date to the VERY early 1900's. They either have edge wear, tears, rips, stains,paper thinning from taking out of book. (Please view our photos on their condition. Three lovely women dressed in outfits of the time period. Talented sisters of the arts, cello, violin and art paint easel. Roman pillars in background. Nice antique colored plate that would be nice framed. Has writing on the back.

In VERY GOOD condition, the main print itself in Excellent Condition. It is the edge borders that either are bent, tears, missing edges. Enough border to trim away to frame with no problem, glued in antique booklet.

ERNEST CHIRIAKA was hired to do artwork for ESQUIRE, (which replaced Vargas that worked in the late 1940's), to due an entire 12 page calendar for the magazine from 1953 - 1957, a great responsibility since the calendar had continued to be the largest-selling and most popular in the world. He first created pin-ups for Esquire in 1952. He produced works that showed distinctive skin tones on his pin-ups.

Beautifully done lithograph print. Alluring Art Deco Glamour girl portrayl of Pin-Up that was so popular in the early part of the century. Lovely, sexy glamour girl, hardly clad in a sheer black teddy.

Measures 11 W x 8-1/2 H. (Sorry for any glare from camera.) (Has a few scratches by the pin hole at the top, also appears to be a light surface fingernail scratch line from her suit down, as shown.) Otherwise, perfect.

Antique Oval Convex Frame-Puritan Woman, Winter Snow Beautiful CHARMING ORIGINAL CHROMOLITHOGRAPH PRINT dating in early 1900's. Charming Puritan Lady walking in the evening in the winter snow carrying a basket full of fresh picked holly branches. Print is called: A CHRISTMAS EVE OF LONG AGO. She is absolutely lovely and is wearing a long warm red overcoat.

The print was NEVER EXPOSED to any light. Such VIBRANT colors, as shown in our photos. Lovely, brillant coloring.

Framed in its Original Antique LARGE OVAL GOLD GESSO FRAME WITH ITS ORIGINAL OLD GLASS. OLD BACKER with wiring ready to hang up on your wall. Frame has the normal age wear. Very minor gesso missing. Most is intact with age crazing. The gesso design is lovely rose blooms. ROSE BAROLA FRAME. Please view photos. Old piece that adds to its charm.

The frame measures 15-1/4 inches wide by 22-1/2 inches high,
with an oval back picture opening of 13-1/2 inches wide by 20 inches high.

This wonderful Unfaded Print is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. No stains, No tears, No creases. Age toning on the back. Has a horizontal middle fold but it goes through the dark portions of the image and not readily noticible.

Miss 1931-Art Deco Flapper-Fritz Boynton Lithograph Striking illustration of a lovely Art Deco PIN-UP Flapper Girl.

Illustrated and SIGNED by the artist: FRITZ BOYNTON. Print is TITLED: MISS 1931. Lovely fair skinned girl with short curly bobbed black hair, in standard flapper rainbow colored hat, matching scarf. The artist has used some rich deep red hues that makes a nice contrast against the rainbow coloring.

Vibrant hues, excuse the glare from camera. Was printed on a nice quality paper stock, believe this might of been from calendar stock.

1908 Two Victorian Twin Sisters In Long Gowns Framed Print Lovely depiction of these two Young Victorian Sisters dressed in their elegant long victorian gowns. They appear to look like twin sisters. Their hair is cut short and up in curls. One is dressed in a sky blue dress holdiing a book in her hands, the other is wearing a deep green gown with a lace fan. Background appears to be in their home for you see the lovely wallpaper.

Housed in its simple antique gold gesso frame. Original old wavy glass and has the old darkened wood backer and wire hanging.

Measures a larger 11-7/8 inches wide by 13-7/8 inches high. Back print measures 10-1/8 inches wide by 12-1/8 inches high.

Chromolithograph print is in excellent shape except for a tiny flaw, as shown with the pink circle in one photograph. Print is slightly puckered, pushed in but piece intact there. Minor. Still looks lovely.
