CADACO BAS-KET BASKETBALL GAME 1945 Edition Cadaco has been manufacturing this game since the 30's (a very similar 1/2 court game was put out by Whitman in the 20's). Cadaco changed the artwork a number of times over the years but the game play remained the same as it was when it first came out 60+ years ago.

This particular copy dates back to the 40's. The box is the 1938 design but the board is dated 1945 so I would date the game somewhere between 1945-50 (they changed the box design in 1950). It is a better than average example of this edition of this classic game. The parts are in very nice shape. The box is poor.

Component Notes: Good Condition with some notes; there is some liquid type marking on the back causing discolorization to some of the pieces (only to the back of the puzzle)...this did not cause any warping or any damage other than cosmetic damage to the back. Also someone wrote in pencil on the back side of a few pieces.

Box Condition: Top Lid is split in many places and has quite a bit of wear, pretty typical for the springbok puzzles. Box has tape in several areas from being stored away.
