ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
Orders for china or glassware will be shipped by Parcel Post or UPS Ground (our choice) unless Priority is selected as your delivery option. |

| OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-FirstClassParcel. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. ***International buyers must choose the USPS First Class Mail International shipping option (Free Delivery *only* applies within the U.S. on orders over $24.99, or to First Class International when the order totals $150 or more). We reserve the right to change the shipping option to International if the international buyer chooses any other shipping option. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes charged by their government; we are required by law to fill out customs forms truthfully - it is a felony to lie on a customs form, and some customs officials have been confiscating merchandise that is not listed accurately on the form. |
| OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. |
OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: The buyer must EMAIL us within 3 days of receipt for written Return Authorization if the buyer wishes to make a return, and the order must be returned and postmarked within 5 days of Return Authorization and in same condition as sent with all its original packaging (gift box, bubble wrap, etc.), contents and paperwork, plus a copy of the Return Authorization. Damaged or altered items cannot be returned.
We will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING our shipping, handling, and insurance expenses in shipping the order to you ($10 minimum) and an additional 10% restocking/processing fee (for orders placed after February 6, 2012; orders placed before that date incur a 15% restocking fee). Insurance and handling costs are usually not included in shipping fees paid by the customer and will be assessed on returned items, even when originally shipped for free.
When only part of a multiple-item order is returned and a coupon was applied, the amount of the refund will be prorated.
No refunds will be issued for refused, abandoned, or failed deliveries.
Cancellation: Since we do our best to process orders quickly, cancellations are not possible after payment has been made. The buyer can still return any item for a refund following our return instructions. If we have to cancel an order for any reason (such as decline of payment), the buyer will be notified.
Liability: By purchasing from this site, the buyer agrees to our terms of doing business and that our maximum liability is limited to a refund only. |
| OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take every precaution to make sure that your item arrives safely. If by some chance there is a problem with shipping damage, you must contact us for instructions. |
SHIPPING NEWS: DELIVERIES TO APARTMENTS AND BUSINESSES: Shipments to apartments and businesses usually require a signature upon delivery, depending on the value or physical size of the shipment.
JEWELRY CARE: We recommend that you rinse your silver and silver-plated jewelry (without crystal or rhinestones) with clear water after each wearing. After rinsing, gently dry with a clean, soft cotton cloth or paper towel.
We recommend either Wright’s Silver Cream or Novus #2 Fine Scratch Remover for sterling silver care. Novus is made for plastics, but we find it ideal for polishing metals and the surfaces of non-crystalline cabochon stones such as turquoise and malachite.
Novus #1 Plastic Clean and Shine is great for a final touch-up on metals and stones to give them a beautiful shine. Novus can be purchased on the internet if it is not available locally.
For removing tarnish and cleaner from crevices, we recommend using a small soft-bristled battery-operated toothbrush; light pressure is recommended. Such a toothbrush, used with Wright’s or Novus, can also restore a gleaming finish to silver when other methods fail. NEVER allow the toothbrush to get too dry while you are using it! It is better if your toothbrush is too wet than too dry.
CHARGEBACKS: Buyers who make chargebacks *will* be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.
