  • If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
  • Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped I will ship within 72 hours of receiving a CLEARED payment. I ship 3 days a week and I do not ship on Saturdays.
  • If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped I will ship within 72 hours of receiving a CLEARED payment. I ship 3 days a week and I do not ship on Saturdays.
PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN YOU READ MY POLICY/FAQ PAGE AS THEIR IS VITAL INFORMATION REGARDING MY SHIPPING.

Insurance is optional on any order under $100; however, if you do not purchase insurance, I will not be held responsible or liable for lost and/or damaged items. Please keep in mind the post office is known to lose items from time-to-time.

Any item over $100 insurance is required.

I ship three times a week. I do not ship on Saturday because our post office is only open for 1 hour and it's pointless to drive there. If you need your item by a certain date, please let me know and I'll do everything possible to make certain you have it by that date.

Heavier items, I will ship Fed Ex Ground. It will be up to me if I ship Fed Ex. Unless the item is heavy, I would prefer to ship Priority Mail. The reason is I'm 35 miles one way to the nearest Fed Ex drop off and for me to have the driver pick it up, I get charged a $10.00 fee and I have to pass that cost onto customers. So if you can live with Priority Mail unless the shipping comes out a lot cheaper than Priority, I would greatly apprecaite it.

SALES TAX: Residents of Iowa will be charged 7% state sales tax unless you can provide me with a copy your Iowa Resale Tax number.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-FirstClass. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. INTERNATIONAL:
I WILL ship anywhere that can be shipped by the United States Post Office INSURED. It must be able to be insured. This is why my shipping will be higher.

Yes I know it can be shipped cheaper without insurance, but what happens if your item gets broke or lost??

Payment MUST be made by PAYPAL only for international shipments. I will not ship any item without insurance.

I WILL NOT CHANGE DECLARED VALUES.

OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order.

If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: I do not charge a restocking fee.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: DAMAGE POLICY:

If your item(s) arrive damanged, you must contact me within 24 hour of receiving.

I take extra precautions to pack orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite my efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to me unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and I will not be able to give you a refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW I WILL SHIP WITHIN 72 HOURS OF A CLEARD PAYMENT.

PAYMENT:
My preferred method of payment is Pay Pal. The ONLY money orders I will take are U.S. Postal Money Orders. Anyone paying with Pay Pal or U.S. Postal Money Order, I will ship your item within 2-3 days from receiving payment.

If you pay with personal or business check, your item(s) will be held for 7 days until your check clears my bank. If your check does not clear my bank because of NSF, there will be a fee of $35 as that's what my bank charages me.

All International Sales must be paid via Pay Pal.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
I ship three times a week. I do not ship on Saturday because our post office is only open for 1 hour and it's pointless to drive there. If you need your item by a certain date, please let me know and I'll do everything possible to make certain you have it by that date.

It is virtually impossible to give a shipping quote since the post office made all their changes. You don't know what kind of box you will end up having to use and depending on what size box you use, the post office charges by size of the box. I will ship Priority Flat Rate when I can place an item in a Flat Rate box and know that it will arrive safely to you. I will never inflate my shipping as I do not believe in that. You will be charged for the exact shipping. I do provide a delivery confirmation at no charge to you. If you are serious about an purchasing an item and you want to know the shipping, please use the contact button and I will then pack the item to get you a shipping quote. On larger or heavier items, I will make the decision if I will use Fed Ex on larger/heavier items. My nearest Fed Ex office is 35 miles ONE way for me so if a buyer insists on Fed Ex, there is an EXTRA $10 charge because that's what Fed Ex charges me to come pick it up.

One thing I do is I will always show the shipping rate on the box as I do not belive in hiding the shipping price from the buyer like a lot of people do. I want the buyer to know that I'm not trying to make money on shipping.

Most Jewelry I can ship for $3.75. 1st Class within the 48 U.S. States. If you want your jewelry shipped Priority mail, then the shipping rate would be $4.90

I love to combine shipping.

INSURANCE:
U.S. Insurance is optional on any order under $100; however, if you do not purchase insurance, I will not be held responsible or liable for lost and/or damaged items. Please keep in mind the post office is known to lose items from time-to-time.

Any item over $100 insurance is required.

OTHER SHIPPING METHODS I USE:
Heavier items, I will ship Fed Ex Ground. If an item is shipped Fex Ex, please keep in mind Fed Ex does not ship to Post Office Boxes and I will also have to have a phone number to put on the Fed Ex label.

DAYS I SHIP:
I ship three times a week. I do not ship on Saturday because our post office is only open for 1 hour and it's pointless to drive there. If you need your item by a certain date, please let me know and I'll do everything possible to make certain you have it by that date.

LAYAWAY:
I will accept a Layaway plan. I require that you pay 50 percent at time of sale and the balance no later than 45 days later. If I do not receive the balance within 45 days, the item(s) will be returned to stock. I will not refund the 50 percent down.

CARNIVAL GLASS SALES:
Regarding Carnival Glass, I do not consider manufacturing Faults, air bubbles, indents, dimples, tool marks, ash specks inside glass or any manufacturing flaws damage. It is better for you to ask questions first if you have any BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
