Cauldon Bird Plates - Antique C.1900 – Gold Rim. A beautiful group of 7 plates produced by Cauldon in England. The artwork of the birds is excellent, and the color is bright and fresh. These are marked on the back "Cauldon" and "England". According to Kovel’s the Cauldon name was used this way from 1890 to 1905.

There is what appears to be a pattern number on the back of each plate: the letter V over the number...

GEORGE VI – 1937 Coronation Plate. From 1937. Clear pressed glass plate commemorating the coronation of King George VI and Elizabeth of England. (They are current Queen Elizabeth II’s parents.) A handsome design with a crown in the center. Nice beaded dates and names.

Nice old Restaurant Plate – Café Mellone. Handsome, heavy old 7" plate. Probably from 1930’s. White with medium green decoration. Excellent condition. Only flaw is small chip on back. Marked with letter M over word CHINA with a letter L below.

Great color pictures of Elsie, Elmer, Beulah and Beauregard around the outside. Gold rim line is still in very good condition. Very fresh color. Moderate surface crazing.
