Trophy of Bronze from Columbia, America’s Cup Defender. Superb large loving cup trophy made from the bronze of the 1899 America’s Cup defender, Columbia. The original small plaque that certifies this is still firmly affixed to the bottom of the trophy. Columbia was victorious over the Irish challenger, Shamrock I, owned by Sir Thomas Lipton.

Copper Milk Can – C.1950’s - Unusual and Beautiful. One of the most attractive and unusual milk cans you’ll find. Approximately 55 years old. C.1900 Pennsylvania Railroad Tea Pot - script PRR. This is a very early PRR dining car tea pot with a beautiful script PRR logo on one side. The script logo was used until approximately 1908. The inside of the lid is stamped with the number 40, which is also on the bottom. It’s in very nice condition, and is well marked on the bottom. See the photographs.

7 Antique Cauldon Bird Plates - C.1900 – Gold Rim. A beautiful group of 7 plates produced by Cauldon in England. The artwork of the birds is excellent, and the color is bright and fresh. These are marked on the back "Cauldon" and "England". According to Kovel’s the Cauldon name was used this way from 1890 to 1905.

There is what appears to be a pattern number on the back of each plate: the letter V over the number...

World War I French Canteen – Battlefield relic. Here is a poignant reminder of the destruction of the First World War. This shrapnel-shredded French canteen was recovered from the battlefields in France. Someone stuck a commemorative poppy into the spout and we’ve left it there.

Antique Photograph – Lg oval photo of Farm – hand-tint. We found this outstanding early photograph behind an oval portrait in an old frame. Excellent detail and depth of field. Also has nice tinting. In one of the close-up scans, it looks like an animal is tied up along the fence. Probably dates to late 1800’s or early 1900’s.

Old Illuminated Watney’s Pub Lamp Sign – Large.
This is a spectacular, large and original Watney’s pub sign approximately 60-70 years old. It is shaped like a Victorian lamp, and most likely would have hung at the pub entrance. It has a beautiful frame of heavy copper. There are four sides, each with a Watney’s Red Barrel glass insert. The lamp is set off by a substantial copper finial. This is the real deal. Patented Coat Rack - dated 1906 - wall mount.
What a clever old piece. The metal hooks actually close like pincers when a coat is hung on them… to keep the coat from falling off. The patent date is embossed on the metal. PAT’D APRIL 17, 1906. There are mounting holes in the middle at top and bottom.

GEORGE VI – 1937 Coronation Plate. From 1937. Clear pressed glass plate commemorating the coronation of King George VI and Elizabeth of England. (They are current Queen Elizabeth II’s parents.) A handsome design with a crown in the center. Nice beaded dates and names.

ANTIQUE CAST IRON DOORKNOCKER - 1899. Terrific old heavy doorknocker with a working mail slot. Very nice workmanship. Dated 1899 in the metal on the back. Size: The main piece is 8 1/4" wide x 4" deep. The measure to the bottom of the rapper is 5 1/4". The little knock plate is 1 1/2" x 1 1/2". Excellent condition.

This is a delightful little children’s book from 1918. It is all paper, including the cover. Counting the front cover, there are 10 pages. We think there was a back cover at one time. Each page has large lithographed art. 5 are black and white and five are color.

ANTIQUE CHILD’S SCHOOL DESK – Late 1800’s. A superb little desk with a lift up lid, old ironwork fittings and pencil channels. Late 1800’s. The top looks and feels like walnut. The rest of the desk is a lighter wood, though close grained. On either side of the top are heavy, handmade iron fittings marked KGB.

Old Propeller Beanie – 1940-50’s – Fun and Works! Beanie appears to be a rubberized coating over cotton with cloth edging. Props are plastic and are held onto beanie by a round wood cap inside. Condition is good overall. Not sure this was ever played with, but the material has dried out just a little. Still works fine! A fun piece.
