ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN DECO FRENCH STEEL CUT BEAD BAG PURSE From my personal collection. Approximately 7" by 6". Early 1900s. Steel cut metal beads. Brass frame and chain. Original lining, tattered but present. Push button clasp. Needs some TLC...sides are split, also it needs a little reattachment to the frame...need to be re-sewn. Price reflects imperfections, if perfect, I'd price it for at least $250.  

SUPERB ART DECO RHINESTONE n GLASS FLORAL BEADED BAG From a recent estate purchase, this lovely authentic depression era beaded purse measures about 6 1/4" wide and 4 1/2" high including its beaded fringe. It also has a beaded handle that is about 14" long.

The hand beaded bag is made of lovely glass beads with a black backgroundand pink and red flowers, dark and light green folliage, and gold glass beads in a lovely art deco design bordering the bag. it has a flip top that is lined with faceted clear hand set rhinestones and a large rhinestone clasp. The handle is done in striped beads, and it has a black silk lining that is in perfect condition. The back of the bag is black with a variation of a Grecian key design done in the gold beads.

In very good condition, the bag is free of apparent damage or repair with 99.99% of its beads present and intact. There is a couple of miniscule places where a couple of beads appear to be missing, but only if you closely scrutinize it...nothing detracting or devaluing, in my opinion. The rhinestones are all original and intact with a few of them slightly lose. it appears to all be original though the lining is so perfect, it may have been professionally replaced quite possibly. An excellent collector's piece for any lover of art deco and beaded bags!  

VINTAGE MAURICE HAND CARVED TOY SHOP DOLLHOUSE PURSE From my personal collection, circa 1940s or 50s. Amazing charming design, hand made, wooden, hinged side, signed "Maurice", figural toy shop or dollhouse motif. one of my favorite finds ever!

Good vintage condition, minimal wear, natural imperfections, unique one of a kind design, good size, original felt lining, a must for serious collectors.

Thanks to a helpful collector:
Maurice Batson made thousands of purses in his home shop and sold them at a shop in Gatlinburg, Tenn. He now lives in Hattiesburg Mississipp and is retired now.

His craftsmanship is lovely and will live on forever!
 

SUPERB ART DECO ENAMEL WHITING & DAVIS MESH PURSE From my personal collection from over 20 yrs, measures about 4" by 6.5", Whiting and Davis tag. Dates to the 1920s or so.

Purse has a gold tone frame with a lovely ornate open work filigree floral design that repeats on each side.

The pattern is a striking art deco geometric design in yellows, browns, and greens.

Superb condition, enamel near perfect.. No missing mesh or links, intact even at the hinges, opens and closes easily and securely. No lining. Collectible condition.  

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN EDWARDIAN HANDMADE LACE RETICULE BAG Antique purse or bag, ecru colored linin or muslin bag, drawstring at the top, circa late 1800s early 1900s, approx 10.5" by 6.5", very pretty work, discolored from age, better for display than use, not dryrotted but aged, good vintage condition, priced accordingly.  

ANTIQUE ART DECO WHITING & DAVIS ENAMEL MESH BAG PURSE From my personal collection, awesome authentic art deco period piece, never online before...ever! Measures about 4" by 6", bright geometric art deco enameling in pink, yellow, light blue and black. Jig jag fringe, sapphire cabachon glass clasp, stamped Whiting and Davis stamp on the inside of the frame.

Circa 1920s-30s. No lining.

All original, very good vintage condition, minimal wear, has been displayed in a smoke free home for 20 years.

VERY COOL NEW w TAG LUCKY BRAND PEACE SIGN SMILEY FACE PURSE BRAND NEW! Retail $39 mini purse, zipper enclosure tapestry fabric round shape, double sided, smiley face on one side and peace symbol on the other side.

Approx. 5" diameter with a 7" long double leather detachable strap handle. Pretty Maroon, pink, gold threaded color scheme.

Never used, mint, tag (was attached and I cut it off to take pictures.  

VINTAGE LEATHER LONDON HORSESHOE GOOD LUCK CHANGE PURSE Approx. 3 1/4" diameter, zipper closure, gently worn, good vintage condition, circa 1940s-50s or so, City of London gold embossed seal design with an imprint of a horseshoe and "GOOD LUCK" which is a bit hard to see except in the right angle and light. Very cool! Sold as found.  

LOVELY VINTAGE HAND BEADED PURSE BLACK n SILVER GLASS BEADS Made in India, estate find, circa 1970s-90s, black and silver beads, good condition, minimal wear, approx. 8.5" wide and 7" high with a satin lining and handle, velcro on the inside to keep it shut (may have been added later, unsure). Sold as found and priced accordingly.  

ANTIQUE FRENCH STEEL CUT BEADS DECO EDWARDIAN PURSE BAG 7" by 5.5", plus 3" fringe. Early 1900s, French, steel cut beads, tattered yet original silk lining, great geometric design. NOT perfect...fringe is in need of reattachment, some detachment from the frame too. Overall not bad, though...great brass frame, push button clasp, cool griffons at the top of the frame for the chain. If perfect, $325 or more.  

VINTAGE GOLDTONE METAL RHINESTONE PICTURE WALLET Apprx 3 3/4" by 3", lovely little folding wallet, circa 1950s-60s. Smart diagonal ridged design, plastic picture holders inside, good condition.  

RARE VICTORIAN JET GLASS BEAD SEQUIN BELL PULL TASSEL Hard to describe! Over 5 feet long, 2 3/4" wide, handmade, black jet beads and sequins, early 1900s. 6 1/2" long tassle.

This came out of an antique dealer's estate about 20 years ago. I've used it as a decoration in my room. Very unusual, well made, good vintage condition.

There are some hook and eyes on the back if you want to wear it as a sash or belt.

VINTAGE GOLD SEQUIN BEADED PURSE EVENING BAG Nice little bag, 5 1/2" by 6" tall, goldtone frame, chain, cloth lining, good vintage condition, priced to sell as a final sale.  

RARE JOYCE FRANCIS CARVED LUCITE PURSE 2002 FLORA FEST SIGNED! Rare carved artist signed lucite box like purse by Joyce Francis. Sold for about $1200-$1500 originally. Heavily carved, calla lilies, tulips, roses, and a butterfly on one end and a bumble bee on the other. Opens on the side, hand signed and dated by Joyce Francis "Flora Fest 2002".

Measures about 6" wide and 3 3/4" thick and 4 1/4" tall. Light yellow lucite. VERY good condition, minimal wear, one small unnoticeable shallow scratch to the left of the metal JOYCE FRANCIS tag.

VINTAGE TORTOISE LUCITE RHINESTONE LADYBUG ILENE CLUTCH PURSE Tortoise Shell ILENE Lucite Rhinestone Studded Clutch: unusual little ladybug design with the rhinestones. Beige Moire Lining with Irene Cloth Label Inside. Side Gussets. Circa 1950-60s. 6 3/4" X 4".Minimal wear, tiny (unnoticeable) hairline at the base where there is a screw holding the purse together. Minimal wear, very good vintage condition.  

HAND MADE ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN CROCHET MINIATURE DOLL'S PURSE Approx. 3 3/4" long, hand made cloth, crochet work, pale off white with pink silk ribbon accents, slight wear from age, good vintage condition, circa early 1900s, great for a doll or collection of miniature items.  

COOL HAND BEADED SUEDE MINIATURE PURSE MOYNA EVENING BAG Cool vintage looking suede, hand beaded, miniature handbag purse, 8" at it's tallest point and over 5" wide, gray suede, pink bugle beads, floral design, Victorian, art deco era influence, superb condition, contemporary era. Double sided design, really sweet!  

EXQUISITE EDWARDIAN ART DECO ENAMEL COMPACT MINIATURE PURSE Superb estate find! Circa early 1900s, Edwardian art deco era treasure. Rare to find in such lovely condition, measures approximately 3 1/8" wide by 2 3/4" at its highest point. Lovely chain handle is designed like a watch chain and is about 13" long.

Compact purse opens on a hinge, is an unmarked white metal, amazing detail, hand painted with pink roses, flower detail is sweet and accents powder blue enameling with black enamelled border and a wonderful scalloped design. Looks like guilloche or champleve to me...the two types of enameled finishes always confuse me!

When opened, the insides reveal a mirror on one side and fitted compartments for powder and blush makeup. Appears to be complete and all original.

Even the back side of the piece is beautiful with a screaming art deco machine worked design.

Front has been hand engraved with the initials "C.B.Y" in Edwardian script.

No damage or repair, enamel is perfect, I would call this excellent condition. Truly a rare find! collector quality and sooo grateful to add it to my collection!
