This is Plate #1 of the Egypt: Splendours of an Ancient World series. The back of the plate & the CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY are numbered the same. This edition closed July 31, 1994. This plate is crafted in fine porcelain and hand-painted with 22-karat gold under the hallmark of Osiris Porcelain. On the back of the plate is Bradex No. 15-075-4.1. The artist is Cliff Jackson.
This awesome plate comes shipped to you in its original OK shape box, along with the Certificate of Authenticity, care instructions, & information pamphlet: Everything received when this plate was originally purchased from the Bradford Exchange!
This plate is in MINT CONDITION!
I have another in Near Mint Condition... Near the left edge are a few spots that can appear lighter or darker if the plate is held at a certain angle & inspected very closely in bright light. I did not see these when I first looked at the plate in normal lighting, though. They do not even show up in the pictures! This 1 is $125, w/box & certificate. Specify this 1 for the lower price...

A vicuna is one of three camelid species hailing from South America. This group also includes Llamas and Alpacas. The smallest of all camels, the vicuna weighs about 90 pounds and stands just under three feet at the shoulder. Like all South American camel species, the vicuna has a long, supple neck; slender legs; padded, cloven feet; large round eyes; and a dense and fine tawny coat. This plate would make a great addition to the art collection of a Llama or Alpaca breeder or enthusiast.
