Made from 1946-49 by General Electric using chromed steel and dark brown Bakelite for the insulating base, handles and levers. It has the three wavy lines decoration on each side. Marked on the base, "415/ Floraline/ USA". Height: 4 inches; diameter: 5¼". This vase has three faint marks (thin, short lines) on the exterior, probably due to storage; no chips or cracks. LIMOGES Bread PLATE (s) Wm. GUERIN Ca. 1932 We have two bread and butter plates from Limoges, France. The design features scattered pink and blue floral clumps with green leaves on a white ground. The plates have beautifully shaped rims. Backstamps are "Limoges/ W.G. & Co./ France" in green and "Wm. Guerin & Co./ Limoges/ France" in blue. Diameter: 6 1/8". There are a few knife marks, but these are in very good condition for their age! Price is for each plate.

Flared WHEEL CUT VASE with Floral Garland This lead crystal vase has lovely wheel-cut flowers connected by leaf garlands going all the way around, just above center. The rim is beautifully flared. Simplicity and balance are the hallmarks of this design. The base ring is ground and polished and measures 3.5" in diameter. Height of vase: 7.5"; diameter at top: 7 3/8". There are a few very tiny scratches, only about 1mm in size. These do not detract at all from the beauty of this vase, since they are so few and so tiny.

The coloration is dark reddish brown. Height of bowl: 2¾"; width: 1¾". Pipe length o/a: 6½". This old pipe comes with a case lined with dark red velvet. Vintage POST OFFICE DEPT. Glass PAPERWEIGHT This nice glass paperweight features the official emblem of the postal service, circa 1945. It shows a Pony Express horse and rider with "Post Office Dept./ USA". This is the same image as the badges postal workers wore at that time. Size: 3 15/16" square x 5/8" high. There is a bit of loss to the decal, above the rider (see photo).
Otherwise, this nicely beveled paperweight is in very good condition!

Green MARBLE ASHTRAY with ELEPHANT Here is a handsome ashtray of green marble with a round well for ashes and beveled top & bottom edges. On top is a pot metal elephant with trunk up (for good luck!). He's been painted gold, which is somewhat worn. Marble dimensions: 4" w. x 4½" l. x 1" high. Elephant is 3" l. x 2¾" h. Marble base has one small, shallow corner chip and scar (see photos); marble also has unique veins and banding characteristics.
