Landscape Marble also known as Ruin Marble

When polished, shows forms resembling ruins, due to disseminated iron oxide.
From Tuscany region, Italy. Collected for centuries, they were displayed as natural objects in European Renaissance wonder cabinets.

This lovely specimen measures 5¼ at its widest point and about 2-1/8 tall. The slab is about 1/8 inch thick. It comes complete with display easel.

Goldenstone - Kanab, Utah

This rock is a real work of nature, The color in the beautiful stone is made from a number of minerals. Iron in the rock makes the dark bands that set apart the other shades. It is believed that a mineral spring once flowed slowly through the quarry area and years of settling created the different bands.
