Personal Check ~ Must be drawn from a U.S. Bank only and allow 10 Days for clearance on checks. Any checks returned for insufficient fees will be subject to a $35.00 Return check fee.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped 3 business days after receipt
- If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
United States – Shipping and Handling prices are listed with each item and sent via USPS Insured. Most items can be combined to save on shipping charges. Please contact us if you want to know combined shipping charges before purchasing. Just click on ask a question about the item in question and send your address. All items are shipped USPS, Monday - Friday (Weather Permitting).
International Shoppers - We only ship USPS International First Class Mail(When Applicable), or International Global Priority Mail. We do not mark custom forms as gift, it is against the law. Buyer is responsible for all extra fees related to customs Etc. Please contact us if you want to know the charges before purchasing. Just click on ask a question about the item in question and send your address. All items are shipped USPS, Monday - Friday (Weather Permitting).
A small Handling fee is included in the shipping prices listed or as quoted. This small fee (usually $.50 - $1.50) helps covers some the cost in making sure your item arrives safe and sound. We use brand new materials in 99.9 % of all of packages that we ship, on the very rare occasion we might have to fashion a box to fit a big item. But all materials in that box would be new, whether it is packing peanuts, bubble wrap or corrugated cardboard.
On rare occasion we may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case.

| OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. |
OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: No restocking fee if item is returned within 14 days of receipt and is in the same condition it was sent.
After 14 Days there will be a 10% restocking fee.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If item is damaged during shipping you need to notify us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf. Hold on to the original shipping materials and item until we tell you what to do with them. Once the claim is approved, we will gladly refund your money.

| Return Packages
If the package is unclaimed or undeliverable for any reason and is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges to reship the purchased item(s). So please check and make sure your account address is current. |
