1984 Bud Clydesdale Calendar

History of the breed, their care and grooming, breeding, appearances for parades and special events, drivers, and reputation are all discussed on this 1984 Budweiser Clydesdale calendar.

Glorious color photos on each page show the animals in their day-to-day activities. The calendar also marks the company’s official sponsorship of the 1984 U.S. Olympic Team.

The calendar was sponsored by Grinnell Beverage Co., a Central Iowa Budweiser distributor, and measures 13 3/4 by 14 3/4 inches folded; 13 3/4 by 25¾ inches when displayed.

It has seen some use, with light edge/corner wear, a curl on bottom corner, a few scuffs outside and some wear to the punched holes used to display it, but is still in Very Good condition.

The photos would be beautiful framed! Or just add it to your Budweiser collection.

1991 Bud Clydesdale Calendar
With Gold, Blue and Red championship prize ribbons from major horse shows on the outside cover, this calendar salutes the ‘Tradition of Quality’ boasted by the Budweiser Clydesdales on this calendar for 1991.

Shown throughout are wonderful color photos of the horses pulling the traditional Anheuser-Busch wagon through a variety of seasonal scenes. The calendar also features a tribute to the memory of August A. Busch Jr. who first introduced the Clydesdales to American beer drinkers.

High Life Distributing Leather Bag

With the words Compliments of HIGH LIFE DISTRIBUTING COMPANY stamped in gold on the front, this leather bag ties at the top with two beaded strings.

Probably from the local Miller Beer distributor in Marshalltown, Iowa, the bag measures about 5.75 by 10 inches. The only defects we see are a couple of areas near the top where a piece of tape evidently was used. (4443)

BECK’S LIGHT Beer Coaster
The only coaster we’ve seen with calorie information on it, this advertises Beck’s Light, a German beer that’s noted as ‘the best tasting light beer in America.’

On the reverse of the 3.5-inch square coaster is a comparison of the rankings of eight leading domestic and imported light beers with, who else, Beck’s winning the competition! An interesting coaster!
