Suede Cover shows some wear. It curls around the edges and has worn away at lower spine. There are a few beginning tiny tears along the edges and a tiny hole at lower right front corner. Inside swirled front and back cover pages are partially torn away. Pages are still snug in binding - clean - and free of tears or soil. Previous owner's name and date are penciled inside the front cover.
