CE09-1

HUGE SOUTHWEST AMERICAN INDIAN COIL BASKET, 1920'S This basket was reportedly (by family tradition) collected by a Richmond, Virginia, couple on a trip to the American Southwest in the late 1920's. It stands a full 15 inches tall and is 20 inches in diameter. It is very tightly woven in a coil construction. It is in very good condition with no breaks, but slightly out of round. A nice Navajo lady suggested that she could wet it down and pull it back into shape. Sounded risky to us so we passed. Buyer pays shipping.

9922-23

Small American Indian Blanket Weaving I call this one a table rug. It is a vintage hand loomed wool rug size 14" x 16". It was old when we acquired in in the early 1980's, we've used it in our home since. Nice decorative piece in a traditional geometic design - gray, red and white.

Condition: Very good. No damage or stains.
