ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped 3 business days after receipt
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
Except where some type of special circumstances arise, you can normally expect your item to be delivered in approximately 6 to 9 working days from the day after we have been notified of having received your approved payment.

| SALES TAX: At Picker's, when it comes to online sales, it has long been our policy to pay the appropriate tax on our items at the time we purchase them, rather than try and calculate and track all the various tax amounts and policies of the many states where our have been shipped. Picker's will continue this policy until the time when all states can agree on a uniform tax code which clearly defines what items are taxable and what percentage is to be charged. JM |
| OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-ParcelPostIns. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. Please allow at least one working day for us to calculate your shipping charges. We will send an updated invoice which included the correct fees for shipping just as soon as the information can be obtained. If you are unsure as to weather or not you have received a final and complete invoice for your purchase, please let us know and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. Thank you, JM |
| OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. |
| OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: We do not charge restocking fees. |
| OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If you recieve a package that appears to have been crushed or torn open or damaged in any way, have the delivery person make note of this and request a copy for your records. Do not open packages where damage is suspected until after you have first contacted our store and between we determine what we will do. Thank you, JM |
| Love it, but need some time to pay?
Picker's will be happy to hold your purchase in our layaway department for 30 days with your 20% deposit. Items may be held even longer, but if you will need extra time to complete your purchase, please talk to us before you place your order so we can make the appropriate arrangements. |
