PRICING: Please note that all prices are in All prices are in US dollars. Payment is to be made in U.S. funds. Canadian customers can pay in equivalent CAD funds. ALL CANADIAN RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED 7% GST. ALL ONTARIO RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED 8% PST UNLESS A VALID TAX EXEMPT NUMBER IS PROVIDED.
Payment may be made by a US funds money order or through Paypal.com. Customers may also use Visa or Mastercard by phoning or faxing me their credit card number or submitting it at time of order. Sorry no US or international personal cheques due to lengthy cross border clearance procedures..

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
If there are taxes that apply to your order, we will also let you know the amount at that time.
- If you are paying by money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped no more than 3 business days after receipt
- If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped no more than 3 business days after receipt
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped no more than 3 business days after receipt

| OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by U.S. Mail. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. Please expect normal delivery from CANADA to U.S. addresses to take approximately 7-10 days airmail or approximately 10-14 days surface mail. Faster Xpresspost (about 4-5 days) or overnight courier options are also available upon request. I welcome International customers! I will provide quotes by surface, air and Xpresspost by email for customer to choose from. |
| OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. |
| OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: First, please make sure that you confirm all sizing for clothing and ask any sizing questions in advance before ordering. However, if you are unhappy with your merchandise after you receive it, email us within 24 hours of receipt to let us know that you would like to return it. All intentions to return merchandise must be brought to my attention by email. I have very specific return instructions, and any extra customs fees incurred as a result of failing to follow these instructions will be deducted from the return at the customers expense. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns on items $25 and under will have flat rate $5 restocking fee. Please email with questions. Items must be returned in the same condition as we sent it and garments should be as carefully folded and packed as possible. Any damaged returns will not be issued a refund. |
| OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. |
Important! Sizing for Vintage Clothing
Vintage clothing sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer so inches have been used to provide standard measurements. To determine your bust measurement, take a tape measure and wrap it around the largest part of your chest over your bust. Do not confuse bra size with bust size in inches (ie: 36B bra does not necessarily mean your chest measures 36 inches on the tape measure.) Repeat the same for waist and hips. Here is a very approximate guideline. 32/34 inches bust is about a modern size XS/S, 34/36/38 inches is about size medium and 38/40/42 is size large. Please ask about all sizing questions before ordering and we would be very happy to help.
Learn your body and consider your own characteristics. For example: Are you more broad shouldered than average? (Then ask about back width and shoulder measurements) Are you petite? (Then ask about sleeve length) Are you very tall or short waisted? (Then ask about shoulder to waist measurements). Do you have wide feet? (Then ask about shoe width). |
