ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped no more than (5) business days after receipt of payment
- If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped no more than (5) business days after receipt of payment
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped no more than (5) business days after receipt of payment
We ship primarily with USPS. At times quoted shipping rates are not enough to cover the cost of the shipping method selected by our customers. If that happens to be the case, we reserve the right to substitute shipping methods, i.e. Priority, Parcel Post, etc., at our discretion.
Due to the high cost of fuel, we usually ship once a week, based on when the orders come in. If you need something right away, please let us know and we will be happy to try and accommodate you.
We ship in a timely manner but once it is out of our hands we am not responsible for transit times of packages. Please make allowances for slower service during peak periods around holidays or inclement weather conditions (hurricanes, floods, tornados) in the path of your purchase.
International orders welcomed using Paypal or International Money Orders as payment.
Large items ship more cost effectively via DHL. If you select DHL as the shipping method, you will receive a confirmation of your order with the shipping cost included ASAP. |

| OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by DHL-. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped to addresses outside the USA will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service or UPS whichever is more cost effective. Items that have Free Shipping mentioned are shipped free to US destinations only. All items will be insured. |

describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing

| OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: In cases where you wish to make a return through no fault of our own, we charge a restocking fee of 25% of merchandise total. |
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: In the unlikely event of having received damaged merchandise, you will need to follow these instructions.
Gather all packaging, broken item and receipt and take all to your Post Office and file a claim. All shipments are insured for damage incurred by rough handling in transit. Once you have filed your claim, please notify us at; rangerlala or. We will follow-up at our Post Office to make sure all needed information has been supplied to make the process go as quickly as possible. In the event of the Post Office rejecting the claim, Intrinsic Collectibles will reimburse you for the original purchase price.

Postcard Shipping/Handling/Insurance(USA)
Postcards are shipped by USPS First Class at a rate of $1.95 for the first card and $0.25 for each additional card. They will NOT be insured unless requested by you.
Insurance rates will be the standard rates charged by USPS.
