All payments are to made in U.S. funds. Shipping and Insurance are extra.

After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. Within 24 hours, we will contact you with a personal email regarding the availability of your item(s). If shipping or insurance applies to your order or if Florida sales taxes apply, we will also let you know those amounts at that time.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship via UPS within the U.S. and Air Parcel Internationally.

Items in inventory will be shipped to you, insured, within 24 working hours of verification of funds. If an item requires a special order, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date whenever possible.

We guarantee that all items will be as represented. Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. If we have missed a serious flaw or if there is a problem, notify us within 3 days of receipt of item and you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus shipping. We must receive the item back in its original condition. Our collectibles ARE invisibly marked and this mark must remain intact. Also note that if an order is canceled for reasons other than breakage or a mistake made by our company, there will be a restocking charge of 10% to cover labor and expense.

Due to credit card company restrictions, we may need your signature faxed to us as proof that only the authorized user of the card is conducting this transaction and your signature will be required at point of delivery. We will aggressively pursue credit card or check fraud on an International level. It's a very small world.

Please call with any questions. Your check must be received within 7 working days or we can no longer hold the item. We will ship your carefully packaged order within 24 hours of bank verification of receipt of funds. 7-10 days for verification of checks, 1-3 days for money orders and credit cards. ( 1-3 days for Visa, Mastercard). American Express can take 2 days longer to verify than other credit cards. Shipping has been estimated as closely as possible to expedite your confirmation. If we have underestimated by more than $1.00, we'll add the amount and notify you immediately. A consigned piece may take one or two days longer to ship as we have to connect with the consignor to pick up the item.

*** IMPORTANT...

If you live in a Country other than the U.S., your government may charge taxes or duties on items sent from abroad. We must state full value in order to insure your purchase and it is the law. We cannot mark it as a "gift" to avoid duties and customs charges on your behalf. We cannot be expected to take back merchandise if you have been assessed charges by your government. Thank you for understanding that those matters are beyond our control.***

Please note that Royal Doulton items that require a special order may take eight to 26 weeks to arrive from England. This is not in our control, but we will expedite special order items as best we can. We do not charge you for items until they have arrived in our hands.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY:

We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you please contact UPS for instructions. (do not throw away contents or original packing material).
