Simplicity Sewing Pattern 7052 Set of Aprons - @1985 Simplicity sewing pattern 7052, a set of aprons. From 1985. Cut; 3 pattern pieces are missing: F,(front V 3 & 4), G (pocket V 3 & 4) and H (back V 3 & 4). With instruction sheet.

Size: A (one size). Please note that vintage sizes may be smaller than current sizing

Description: Set of aprons: V. 1 and 2 have self neck strap and tie ends. V. 1 has piping and lace trim. Lined aprons V. 3 with rick-rack trim and V. 4 with elastic waist casing have side ribbon or cording ties. Lace trimmed V. 5 with self-lined bib and V. 6 have skirt gathered to waistband with tie ends. V. 1, 2, 4 and 6 are encased in bias tape. All views have patch pockets.

Condition: Excellent condition. Very little wear to envelope. Pattern has been cut (see description above).

Size: Misses' Medium only (14-16). Please note that vintage sizes may be smaller than current sizing.

Description: Misses', child's and girls' aprons: The apron V. 1 with tie ends stitched in front darts has pockets, lowered round neckline and back button closing. Apron V. 2 made of transparent or coated vinyl fabric as well as other fabrics has back button closing, square pockets, armholes and neckline finished with grosgrain ribbon.

Condition: Excellent condition. Very little wear to envelope. UNCUT.

Description: Misses's Jiffy apron in two lengths: Simple-to-Sew. Apron has lowered round neckline, button closing at back neck edge, and a tie belt. V. 1 has large patch pockets and flat braid trim. V. 2 is shorter than V. 1; pockets are even with lower edge of apron. V. 3 has no pockets; may be made of border fabric.

Condition: Excellent condition. Very little wear to envelope. This pattern has been cut to the longer length but is complete.

Size: 8-10-12; please note that vintage sizes may be smaller than current sizing

Pattern Description: Misses' jacket & skirt: semi-fitted, lined, above hip, double-breasted jacket (loose-fitting through bust) has notched collar, shoulder pads, welt pocket, side panels (no side seams) and two-piece above elbow or long sleeves with button vent. Straight skirt, above mid-knee, has waistband, side pockets and back zipper. Purchased belt.

Condition: Excellent condition. Very little wear to envelope. Pattern has been used.

Type of Pattern: Misses jacket, pants and ruffled blouse.

Date Printed: 1980s

Size: 12; please note that vintage sizes may be smaller than current sizing

Pattern Description: Very loose-fitting, unlined jacket has shoulder pads, front and back gathered into self-lined yokes, side hemline slits and full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs. Edgestitching. Slim, straight-legged pants have front pleated and back gathered into front buttoned waistband with belt carriers, mock fly front zipper and side seam pockets.
Loose-fitting blouse has buttoned neckband with ruffles, concealed mock buttoned band, forward shoulder seams, side hemline slits and full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs. Blouse and pants have topstitching.

Condition: Excellent condition. Pattern has been cut and used. Envelope has writing on the front from the previous owner, and the back has yardage circled. Very little other wear to envelope.

Pattern Description: Very loose-fitting, slightly flared, pullover dress, four inches below mid-knee or lower mid-calf length, has dropped shoulders, side front placket with side-front. Hammer-On snaps or buttoned closing, front and back pleated into shaped collar and short kimono sleeves with turn-back cuffs or full length kimono sleeves with placket are pleated into hammer-on snapped or buttoned cuffs. A: Purchased ribbon and nailheads. B: Topstitching. Purchased belts.

Condition: Excellent condition. Pattern has been cut but looks unused. Envelope has very faint writing on the front in pencil from the previous owner. Very little other wear to envelope.

Description: Men's pajamas: the pajama top with front button closing, has long set-in sleeves, patch pockets, buttons and button holes or decorative snap fasteners and top-stitching trim. V. 1 has shirt type collar. V. 1 & 2 have long sleeves. V. 2 & 3 have "V" shaped neckline. V. 3 has short set-in sleeves. The long pants V. 1 & 2 and short pants V. 3 with front fly opening have casing and drawstring.

Condition: Excellent condition. Very little wear to envelope. Never used.

Type of Pattern: Child's and Girl's Shirt, Mother and Daughter Fashion

Size: 12; please note that vintage sizes may be smaller than current sizing

Pattern Description: Child's and girl's shirt, Mother and Daughter fashion. "Simple to Make" blouse features a small round collar. Yoke, pointed in back, extends to front in a forward shoulder seam. Center back pleat below yoke is detailed with a tab and buttons. View 1 long sleeves are softly pleated at lower edge and join wrist band. Tab and buttons detail left front, view 1 and 2. Views 2 and 3 short sleeves are gathered to a buttoned band. View 2 sleeve bands and collar are contrasting. A pointed band at center front and a pocket on left front are shown in view 3.

Condition: Excellent condition. Small tear in upper left corner. Writing in upper left corner.

Pattern Description: Child's: Sleeveless dress with choice of three bodices, and back buttoned or side buttoned, three-gore gathered skirt. Condition: Good condition. Envelopes have some wear, misses' envelope has both ends open, and some of the tears have been taped. Writing on the front of the child's envelope.

Both patterns have had View A cut, with View B and C uncut. Child's pattern petticoat is uncut. Even though the pattern pieces are uncut to the pattern line, they have been separated from each other.

Size: 20. Bust 38. Please note that vintage sizes may be smaller than current sizing.

Description: The slim skirt has two godet pleats at each side front, and a panel back. Skirt joins the blouse under a belt. Blouse is gathered each side of a shaped front panel and has a collarless V-neck. Long, fitted sleeves or short, shirred sleeves.

Condition: Pattern is cut but complete. Pattern pieces have been precut, not printed, and the pattern piece is marked in punched dots. Envelope is in good condition with one small tear in front right corner.

Vintage Domestic Sewing Machine Trade Card Tradecard Vintage trade card advertising the Domestic treadle sewing machine. This machine was rated the best family sewing machine at the Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo, New York in 1901. Very little damage except two small tears on one side, one on the top, and one corner has been bent over the years. Bright color. Nice detail in the picture.

The pattern has also been cut and altered using insertions, but it can be restored to original by removing the insertions and retaping the pattern.

Pattern Description: Loose-fitting, lined-to-edge, mid-knee coat (cut full to be worn over jackets) with contrast lining, collar band and under collar, has pointed collar, off center front-buttoned closing and center back vent. Welt pockets have concealed buttonhole openings. Full-length raglan sleeves have buttoned tabs. Topstitch trim.

Condition: Excellent condition. Very little wear to envelope. Pattern has been used and altered.

For wools and synthetics.

This pattern has been cut and used. The pattern has also been cut and altered using insertions, but it can be restored to original by removing the insertions and retaping the pattern. Please note: pieces 6, 7, and 8 are missing (6 is the front pocket, 7 is the side front and 8 is the pocket facing.) There are 2 traced pieces included that may be 2 of the missing pattern pieces; however, they are not marked and I am not sure which ones they are. They appear to be pocket pieces, because of the marks on them.

Pattern Number: Vogue 2585

Type of Pattern: Men's jacket, vest and pants.

Date Printed: 1980s

Size: 40; please note that vintage sizes may be smaller than current sizing

Pattern Description: Semi-fitted, lined jacket has shoulder pads, upper welt pocket, lower buttonhole pockets with flaps, side panels, side back hemline vents and two-piece sleeves. Fitted, lined vest has welt pockets, cut-away armholes and edgestitching. Purchased shirt and tie. Straight-legged pants have fly front, side front slanted pockets, back buttonhole pockets and topstitching.

Condition: Excellent condition. Very little wear to envelope. Pattern has been used and altered. See note in first paragraph about 3 missing pieces. This pattern has been priced for condition.
