This is a cameo brooch set in gold tone filigree. I do not know if it is gold filled or gold washed. The cameo is made of either stone or shell. It is very cold to the touch. It measures 1 inch wide by 1-1/4 inches long. The brooch is not marked. It is in good condition but may need cleaning....
