Large Lustrous Hand Carved Mother of Pearl Brooch

These lovely handcarved pieces were quite common in the Holy Land in the 1950-60 era. This one is especially nice due to the intricate carving and large size. It measures slightly over 2 inches in diameter. There is a locking safety clasp on the back and no markings.
