Pyrex Round Casserole #474 1-1/2 Quart with lid. Un-named pattern - medium blue with turquoise vertical stripes. I believe this was a promotional item circa 1966. The casserole is in very good condition, shiny inside and out with no chip or cracks. There are a couple of scratch on the casserole...
