This is a vintage cameo brooch with a C clasp. It tested 12K but I believe it is actually gold filled. The white glass cameo sits on an orange glass background. It measures 1 inch wide and 1-1/4 inches tall. It is in good condition but does have a chip or popped glass bubble on it which I tried...
