English Brass Bound Oak Planter

This is an English early 19th century brass bound dark oak oval planter. It"s in excellent conditon & quite deep so that it can hold a nice sized plant or vase of flowers, or function as a bowl for fruit, etc. It measures 9" long x 7" deep x 4 3/4" high. Circa 1820-1840
