Item 3314-044	Description Vintage 4-Quart Butter Churn ca 1915 This butter churn has a heavy-duty gear drive with 4-quart glass jar, circa 1915. Cast iron frame, hand crank, wooden handle, aluminum paddle, whey strainer mechanism is mounted to top cover which is threaded to fit the jar. Glass is 6 inches square, 9-3/8 inches tall, overall height is 14 inches, weighs 6-1/2 lbs. May be "Standard" or "Thomas Mfg.," A very nice old antique with little or no use, excellent condition, performs well. Primitives and Antiquities; Butter Churns; Farming; Milk Production.
