VTG 40s WOMENS FANCY FLOWERS SUMMER NET HAT

A darling navy blue grosgrain cone hat from the 1940s with flowers and face netting. The elastic band to hold on is missing.

CONDITION: GOOD. NETTING HAS HOLE(SEE PICTURE) AND ELASTIC BAND TO HOLD ON IS MISSING. SOME MINOR WEAR ON FLOWERS
