A lovely sheer chiffon silk-like 1920s-1930s vintage dress. Beautiful black roses on cream. Flounce cape around shoulders to back with ruffle trim. Bias cut insert bottom. Attached slip at bodice. Side snaps on dress and has ribbon belt. A classic 1920s to 1930s vintage...
