WAIST: 26"-28". A beautiful summer dress from "Shannon Rogers for Jerry Silverman" in excellent condition with tags still on. The hem has been taken up for some reason even though the dress has not been worn. Loud green, orange, yellow and blue print on 100% silk. Front buttons...
